Pick one meat and also pick one cheese. Excellent and so much!! The fruit was delish. It was all perfect.

Angela and her team are awesome. Not only did Angela remind me (via email) that corporate gifting is right around the corner (and I happily placed our order early -for a few cases- before November price increase possibility) BUT she also let us park two cars in their lot on a busy Sunday while we walked our dogs and showed friends some of downtown Beaverton. Forty minutes later, we sat outdoors at Syndicate and loved our wines and food. The Brie and apple bruschetta and smoked steelhead bruschetta ten stars! The spinach salad with warm bacon and chunks of blue cheese more ten stars! The board of meat, cheese, fruit, nuts, crackers with add hummus- so good. Everyone was very happy and our friends thought Beaverton was an impressive friendly town. If you have people in town - take them to Syndicate!

    Rosé fest!

Came here for the first time for a girls night on a Friday for their Rosé Fest. I would recommend making reservations on Resy through their website bc they do get busy! Walking in, you are in the front wine shop space - it looks like they have a lot of selection. It was a little wait getting checked in but I understand they were pretty busy at 630pm on a Friday night. Everyone was hustling! We were seated in the back at a regular table but they also had a couch table area for bigger groups, and a cute wine barrel turned into table perfect for date nights. We really enjoined our Rosé flights, all our favorite was the Italy one, so refreshing! For food, we got the Ruebanator panini and the Project Board (which is their bigger charcuterie board) The panini was just ok, a little dry, but we really liked the light cracker chips they used on this board! It paired really well with the soft Brie cheese and the thinly sliced meats. They even include some chocolates on this board so it's got all the fixings to go with your wine. Come enjoy a Project Board and make it a wine night!

Delicious bottle after our wine tasting event!

I've been to Syndicate many times with a colleague for lunch as well as a few fun events and tastings here. The soup and sandwich combos they offer hit the spot especially on these cold fall/winter days! They have brunch on the weekends and happy hour Tues thru Fri 3pm-5pm I love that David and Angela are so knowledgeable and give you all the deets about the wines they carry and serve. Love the new outdoor tables which will be super awesome in the spring and summer. They also have an exclusive area you can reserve to enjoy your private tasting in "the cellar" which seats up to 8 people. Parking is Downtown Beaverton street parking unless you are lucky to score one of the few spots they have in a tiny private lot.

A girlfriend and I needed to kill some time before dinner so we grabbed a glass of wine at Syndicate. No wait as it was a Wednesday night at 5. I had a glass of the Syndicate Rose. At $9 it fit the bill. A beautiful rose color and smooth mouth feel. We also ordered the mini charcuterie board, plenty of munchies for two-the perfect size! The olives, pickled asparagus, artichokes and cheese were my faves.

What a really lovely place!! Had the #1 sparkling made by the owner -- delicious -- and bacon wrapped dates with plenty of honey. Sat outside on the covered sidewalk patio in the fresh air and leveraged the strong wifi for work duties on a summer day. :-)

Wonderful spot y'all....Definitely a must try for all shapes and sizes with amazing staff that will walk you through all levels of wine education. Great selection and great deals too!!! I'm simply at beginning stages but no pretentiousness and very welcoming vibe and staff who are super helpful. Be ready for some awesome wine education and bring ur thirst they have a wide variety of local and variety of great selections from a far.....Huge advantages with membership and amazing selection of flight menus to try out a few too? The owners are amazing people and definitely see it in the staff!!! They are a great extension of the owners who ate always trying to expand ur wine pallet, experience and enjoyment

wine bar and tasting room in Beaverton downtown @syndicatewine When I just want to order wine without putting a lot of thought into my decision, I just ask what they recommend. After trying a wine flight I'm able to choose one much easier. The holiday is already here and I had a great first time at the syndicate. According to them, they get wines from a lot of Oregon wineries and some make wine make wine just for Syndicate. When you have a chance to visit Beaverton downtown, give the Syndicate a try when you are in the mood for a glass!

There's seating on two floors, however, even on Thursday night it was packed, so definitely make sure to secure a reservation. I got the passion fruit lime soda to drink, which was sour and refreshing. The burrata came with fruity chutneys and chili crisp. These sauces created a nice spicy, tangy, and salty flavor profile. The garlic naan that came with the burrata was a bit too toasted for my liking. For my main, I got the ricotta gnocchi. It was incredible. The chanterelles on top were delicious. I loved the bourguignon sauce as it had a strong umami flavor. The gnocchi itself was soft and pillowy. Overall the dish was indulgent and robust in flavor.

Comfort food, but clearly made with care. The shrimp dish stood out too. The shrimp were tender and fresh, with a clean flavor that paired well with the tomatoes and light seasoning. Simple, balanced, and executed well. The wine pairing complemented everything nicely without overpowering the food, which I appreciated. What made the biggest impression, though, was the service--especially from the owners. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaged without being over the top. Yes I love a Willamette Valley Pinot or a Washington Cabernet, but I get a lot of those when I'm visiting these areas, which I do frequently. At Muse you can enjoy a red from France, Spain, Italy, as well as local. Lots of whites and some bubbles, too. You can do a tasting of three half glass pours of your choice, or order a glass. Some nights they have tastings that they have preselected. Last night, based on Alex's recommendation, after telling him my preferences, I had the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage from Paris. It was a bigger red, but so smooth. Next I went with the Rioja Gran Reserva which was more fruit forward. Another winner. Their cheese and jam plates are fabulous, the cheese especially delicious, and pair perfectly with the wines.
