No pressure, just taking his time to catch details that other roofers who quoted completely missed. After the estimate he dropped off shingle samples so we had time to pick the right color for our house. No pressure at all, he gave us plenty of time and answered all our questions. Texting him throughout the project made everything easy. Here's what really impressed me about his honesty. We had originally planned to replace all the sheathing since the previous owner didn't do much maintenance. German included it in our quote. But when his crew removed the old roof and saw the sheathing was actually in great condition, he recommended we not replace it even though it was already priced into our invoice. That saved us a good amount of money and says a lot about his integrity. The crew was fast and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. Our yard looked better each evening than when they started. Multiple neighbors commented on how quickly they worked and how clean everything was. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

I got quotes from 4 and found out quickly how much of a pain it is to look for a contractor (one tried to upcharge me and I was pretty distrustful over roofing companies after that). Fabian came super quick for a quote; offered a pretty fair price that included the scope of work; got the job done quickly; and was responsive before, during, and after the process. They finished fixing the roof in about 2 days actually (one day for the roof, one for the gutters) just in time for the nonstop rain this time around. He added vents so that the roof would circulate air a little better, fixed up the shingles, and added gutters so that we addressed all the possible ways the roof could've caused the leak. I will say in between the process since I'm super particular he answered any questions on building requirements needed, difference between materials, and general concerns. For example, the intake vents that initially were replaced looked wonky, or had stickers left over and he got his guys to replace it correctly and clean it/fix it. I noticed one of the gutters wasn't draining during the light rain and he had a guy check it out the same day-- fixed it the next. So the job close to perfect, but of course checking the work helps. So far no leaks (it's only been day 3 of the crazy rain this week) and the new gutters are draining great. They've been in business for years now and are local; if you're looking to deal with a pretty honest roofing company with no hassle, I'd reach out to them for a quote in a heartbeat.

Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.
