We requested work to start as soon as possible. However, weeks later without any confirmed start date, Pacific Coast Roofing incredible blamed US for the delay. The message exchanges are attached and you be the judge. - We selected steel gutter screen option as the location is prone to falling leaves. However, Pacific Coast Roofing never installed it, but instead sent us invoice charging us for the screen. At best this is gross negligence and at worst it's fraud. We had to inspect the gutter ourselves to discover this, AFTER receiving invoice billing us for it. See attached pictures of the SOW and Invoice. - The job covers both main house and garage as per our quote. No confirmation garage gutter were replaced. If you are considering working with Pacific Coast Roofing, my recommendation is to inspect carefully and every step of the way what they are installing.

They clearly explained what they found and handled the additional work professionally. Overall, we're very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend First Tier Exterior. From the very beginning, Ethan, Michael, Oscar, Belmonda and the entire team stood out because of their transparency, honesty, and genuine care. They took the time to educate us about our roof and pointed out issues and considerations that other roofing companies never even mentioned. We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Every team member knew their role, and everyone worked together like a symphony. The entire process was organized, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company. As a homeowner, those qualities matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. The genuine care they bring to their customers and their craft is what truly sets them apart. I have already recommended Symplify Roofing to one of my neighbors who is dealing with a roof leak, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company. If you're looking for a team that combines expertise, honesty, communication, and outstanding customer service, Symplify Roofing is the company to call.
