Scheduled a meeting with the owner, over the phone, his name sounded like Omeer Javid yesterday for 12:00pm noon today, confirmed it this morning at 09:30. I arrived on time at 12:00pm only to find out he decided to to go do something else and never bothered to let me know. I wasted a full hour and gas for nothing. I can't recommend this business. Stay away if your value your time. #NeverAgain

A closer look at Am PM revealed the following:
A. There is at least one review on Google that proves their lack of respect to people's time, and I quote:
"Jon Pevna
These people are crooks. I called on Saturday morning at 8:50 for help unlocking a bathroom door that was stuck. I was told they would be there in 30-40 minutes. They didn't arrive until 10:20 despite repeated calls from me. Each time I was told that they would be there in 5 minutes. The repair person who came told me he had just been notified of the call.
On top of that, the repair person told me the door handle was completely broken and had to replaced. Since I rent, I said I'd have my landlord make the decision. He came over today and fixed the door in 5 minutes with a wrench.
On top of that, they charged me $100 for this fraudulent service. Buyer beware!!"

It appears there are actually complaints against the company, here's an excerpt from only a couple of weeks ago:
" B Gon
05/08/2019,
I would like to make a complaint about this company as they are dishonest. I live 20 miles away from this business, but my daughter broke her 1998 car key and I called them because the Locksmith in my area was closed for the weekend. I drove 20 miles because the person said he could make the key off the two pieces I had of the key. When I got to their Livermore office, they were not able to make the key so they said they had to send the key to San Ramon (which is another 10+ miles or so from Livermore. He said he would charge me $40 to remake the key. When I called on Monday, the person said he was going to charge me $70 because they had to use the vin# to make it because he was unable to make the key from the pieces I took him. I trusted him and agreed. After picking up the key on Tuesday, I tried it and it did not work! I called the person and said that it was very difficult to make the key and he said he would charge me $100 more to go to Tracy to my car and make the key. I then called the Locksmith in Tracy and they said they could make the key and charge me $5. I took the chance, they took 15 minutes to make the key, my daughter tried the key and IT WORKED! I called the AM PM Locksmith person back and explained the situation and told him that I needed my money back as his key did not work and he obviously didn't cut the key correctly. He refused and said that he spent too much time making that key and that he made it up to code. I, very nicely said that if he really thought that was the correct thing to do, not being honest, then that was okay. I would never go back to this place where they do not guarantee their work and they over charged!"
- The picture is not attractive at all, their customer is calling the company and staff: "dishonest", "not being honest"
