Completed the installation of laminate planks in the laundry room. Great job and price. We will definitely use them again.

We used CHR years back to refinish most of our house and they killed it then so it was a no-brainer…read moreto reach out to them when we discovered original hardwood flooring under the nasty carpet in our bedroom. There was floor repair needed this time and honestly, I was a little nervous how they were going to handle it, but I'm a fool for even carrying that notion as they made it look like there never was a giant piece of wood slapped on the floor after shoddy duct work was performed years back and promptly hidden with carpet. It took a little bit for something to get scheduled, but it happened. I had the room ready for them when they arrive and moved out all items so they literally could get started without delay. Charlie and Gary arrived on time each morning and were ever so passionate about their work. Seriously, to see them excited about their job says so much. They are professionals at what they do and were friendly as hell too. We are more than happy with the results and the finished floor makes the room so much better. It took 2 days and, even though it was a fricking monsoon outside while they made the repairs and restored the floor, Charlie and Gary didn't miss a beat. They were able to fix the floor, sand it down, and put a few applications of stain down making the floors look amazing. They finished up on a Friday afternoon and offered to come back later in the day to install trim and the closet doors and were back as promised still in great moods. Charlie even left me with some stain and putty as I told him I was going to remove a metal transition in time and replace it with a wood one. Dude even took the time to tell me all the steps I should take to make that transition perfect and it wasn't a forced attempt - he wanted to share his knowledge. I can not tell you how rare of a quality that is where the crew is legitimately excited to do their work and marvel at the results. Made me so happy to use them again to support their venture. Owner Jesse came out a few days later to check out the results and that was that. I gave her pretty much the same feedback about the crew as I have written here, and she talked about them like they were her own blood. Sure it might have taken a minute to get on their schedule, but let's face it, there's a ton of folk out there with projects and not too many professional companies to attend immediately. I personally did not mind the wait as the outcome was perfect. Kudos to CHR for once again exceeding my expectations and taking a destroyed, abused wood floor and making it into something beautiful. Note: I was not compensated at all for this review. This comes from the heart and if you are looking to have your floors restored, you'd be a fool to not use CHR.

Brian kept me informed and updated on the process and timelines the entire time he was here. He was very tidy and efficient. Jessie provided great advice on maintaining and even went above and beyond to accommodate equipment for us to move our furniture when she wasn't obligated to. I immensely support Jessie and everything she and her company stand for, and couldn't recommend Cle Hardwood enough!

Timan reordered and they the came with the correct length, however they were not hanging properly. Again this was Hunter Douglas's fault. To make a long story short Timan then ordered the silhouette from Hunter.. Timan spent a lot of time to make it right, and they did. I can highly recommend Timan & CO Wolfgang Mueller

My recent experience with the Timan professionals was incomparable. From store sales person to…read morein-home design consultant to installer, all were helpful and attentive. Having a uniquely shaped window in a difficult to reach spot in the home, Rebecca offered multiple options; was informed of the advantages and disadvantages of each. A remote control option was suggested. Having decided on honeycomb blinds, the quality and ease of use with remote control and phone app is beyond my expectations. The installer, Gavin quite expertly installed and adjusted blinds, and made sure I understood the operation of said blinds prior to leaving. The end result is a beautifully covered window which allows me privacy when needed and maximizes light when not. I would give Timan more than 5 stars if I could. This was an investment in our home which I believe was worth the cost, as I am sure I shall enjoy the look of this room for many years.

To start, I never made it further than phone and email conversations with the office manager so…read moretheir work may be wonderful, but I will never know. This is a review of their business practices not necessarily their work. My first conversation was the office manager (who was polite and professional) asking an extraordinary amount of questions prior to a visit including measurements which I felt that was the job of the person coming out to provide an estimate. I was given a quote of 40-60K for a small Lakewood bathroom (note this was before anyone actually saw my bathroom.. why is this done?). Then I was scheduled out several weeks in advance. The day of my appointment, I took off of work. About a half hour prior to the appointment time, it was cancelled. I get it, stuff happens. I was a bit put off by the last minute cancel and the wasted day off. I went to reschedule and they had nothing for several weeks. I asked if they can make an exception since they were the ones to cancel and they could not. They asked if I wanted a zoom appointment (not sure how that would work???). I live 10 minutes away from their office. In the mean time I had 3 other local contractors (who had all been recommended) come out. All three were half of the price of the "estimate" I was given over the phone. Obviously this company does not need work. I cancelled my second appointment in an email to the company outlining my reasons.

Very expensive for the work requested. Best bet is to shop around. No work was done. Rating is…read moreprovided only because it is required to post. Estimate provided was professional.

I had a new kitchen vinyl tile floor (looks like stone and is grouted) installed in my century…read morehome. I read, researched and comparison shopped and at the end of the process I was just where I thought I would end up -- with John and Jen Toth/ Floor Coverings International of Cleveland West. I would have saved time to follow my intuition without all that research but this way I know for certain that this is the way you should go. This is a mobile business with no bricks and mortar store so they come to you at a time that works for you. When John works with you you'll learn about your home, flooring options, installation and view samples as well as get an estimate. My floor is one that had been layered floor on top of floor for many layers so they had to pull out 2 layers of flooring with attention to other details of an old home. The important thing to know is that this is a business run the way businesses used to be where the goal is to do a job perfectly and to focus upon the working with the customer as a person. As for comparison shopping, I visited a couple of stores and got one other estimate. Floor Coverings International's quote was a little bit more money but it was for an inclusive installation so in the end I think pretty similar cost since the other one was with add-on costs to the basics (so be sure you are comparing apples to apples). But I had a clear sense that although I wanted to pay a competitive price of equal importance (maybe even more importance) was to have people I trusted to guide this process. I needed to feel confident that these were craftspeople who would treat my home with the same level of care/attention to details as if it were their own. I found that with this company the focus is on the relationship with the customer rather than the sale -- of course they want the sale but that's the result investing time and the ultimate payoff is doing a good job. On my project John and team went above and beyond on details. John stained my transitions (2 doorways) to match my original wood floors, brought the tiles over to lay them out before the installation because I had some concerns and then came by after the install to assure everything was handled and any problems fixed. I learned that this is not how any other flooring companies around here works so that puts John and Jen Toth at the head of the class. So although I spent only $2,500 I was afforded the same attention to my job as if I had spent $25,000. If having quality flooring be it tiles, linoleum, carpet or something else installed for a fair price with no headaches, no surprises and nothing but good then this is the way to go. Trust me, I've done the research and had a new floor installed and these folks are the best for the job.

I had used this company for a larger job earlier and was very happy with their service. When it…read morecame time to update a bedroom, I contacted them again since it had gone well previously.
