Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. We did have two issues after the work was completed. #1, Wrong toe kick color was installed. #2, Baseboard molding was not completed satisfactory. They were very willing to make it right. Scheduled a day where they came out and corrected both issues. Note: the two national flooring companies we got quotes from wanted 100% payment in full before they start any work. Calvetta Brothers only want the traditional 50% to start work. Their price was very competitive to the nationals.

We used CHR years back to refinish most of our house and they killed it then so it was a no-brainer…read moreto reach out to them when we discovered original hardwood flooring under the nasty carpet in our bedroom. There was floor repair needed this time and honestly, I was a little nervous how they were going to handle it, but I'm a fool for even carrying that notion as they made it look like there never was a giant piece of wood slapped on the floor after shoddy duct work was performed years back and promptly hidden with carpet. It took a little bit for something to get scheduled, but it happened. I had the room ready for them when they arrive and moved out all items so they literally could get started without delay. Charlie and Gary arrived on time each morning and were ever so passionate about their work. Seriously, to see them excited about their job says so much. They are professionals at what they do and were friendly as hell too. We are more than happy with the results and the finished floor makes the room so much better. It took 2 days and, even though it was a fricking monsoon outside while they made the repairs and restored the floor, Charlie and Gary didn't miss a beat. They were able to fix the floor, sand it down, and put a few applications of stain down making the floors look amazing. They finished up on a Friday afternoon and offered to come back later in the day to install trim and the closet doors and were back as promised still in great moods. Charlie even left me with some stain and putty as I told him I was going to remove a metal transition in time and replace it with a wood one. Dude even took the time to tell me all the steps I should take to make that transition perfect and it wasn't a forced attempt - he wanted to share his knowledge. I can not tell you how rare of a quality that is where the crew is legitimately excited to do their work and marvel at the results. Made me so happy to use them again to support their venture. Owner Jesse came out a few days later to check out the results and that was that. I gave her pretty much the same feedback about the crew as I have written here, and she talked about them like they were her own blood. Sure it might have taken a minute to get on their schedule, but let's face it, there's a ton of folk out there with projects and not too many professional companies to attend immediately. I personally did not mind the wait as the outcome was perfect. Kudos to CHR for once again exceeding my expectations and taking a destroyed, abused wood floor and making it into something beautiful. Note: I was not compensated at all for this review. This comes from the heart and if you are looking to have your floors restored, you'd be a fool to not use CHR.

They explained every step of the process--from concrete preparation and moisture mitigation to the base coat, full flake broadcast, and multiple topcoats--and never cut corners. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They carefully repaired cracks, coated all of the edges by hand, protected the surrounding walls and trim, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Watching the installation on my garage camera gave me even more confidence that everything was being done the right way. The finished floor exceeded my expectations. The full flake system completely transformed the garage, hiding imperfections in the original slab while giving it a clean, high-end showroom appearance. Combined with the other renovations we completed, it looks like an entirely new space. If you're considering having your garage floor coated, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. They delivered exactly what they promised, communicated well throughout the process, and produced a finished product that looks outstanding. It was worth every penny.
