Within a month of him replacing our siding the siding started falling off of the house. I have now had to have the siding repaired in 7 locations. We paid him to replace all the damaged wood on the home. In doing some recent remodeling we tore out the cieling in several areas to find water damaged plywood that he never replaced but charged us for. He did not install the proper venting in the roof we had a contract for so Im sure we will have major problems with ice. One of the doors he installed is sagging and will not even lock. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hack. The only way to recoup my damages is to sue him as he is not even properly insured.

Even though it was 2 years later, I called Jeff about the problem. He came out the next day to look at it. Anyone who tries to hire contractors knows how hard it is to get someone to call you back, but to have them come the next day is unheard of! Jeff is a standup guy who stands by his work and within 2 weeks it was fixed. (It only took that long because it's January and we had to wait for a break in the weather.) They were able to complete the project ahead of time and did a professional concrete job. This included excavating the existing stone out of the driveway, setting forms, pouring a "dry" mix of concrete 5" to 6" deep, using wire reinforcement, adding a broom finish and sealing all concrete with a sealer. The workers were personable, polite, hard working and showed professionalism while at our job. I would recommend Fiucci Builds for their workmanship, competitive pricing and professional.

I made a snap decision on a shingle color from a small sample while talking to the TLC rep for ten minutes and have regretted that decision ever since. The TLC rep made no mention of researching the color selection so it is up to the customer to do so. To be fair the roof job went very well. All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.
