One of the crew parked his truck in the grass! Would that be acceptable to do at his home? On the day it rained, I came home to find water spots on the ceilings of three rooms. I was told I need to paint that. WRONG!! I don't need to do a thing - the roofing company needs to make arrangements to have it painted and not just touched up. Why wasn't a tarp put down to prevent this?!?!? Found a number of screws, pieces of tar paper / old shingles and nails in the grass and on the driveway. Now they are working on another unit across the street. They have no reason to be near my house. On my camera, I see a guy behind my house walking to another house that has a lot of trees and is somewhat secluded. He has no reason to be going there. My guess is he relieved himself in that neighbors yard. UNACCEPTABLE!! No skill and for sure no class!

We had a wide range of color options for the shingles, too. After a bit of a wait because of busy season, (which is to be expected) we were squeezed in on a beautiful, sunny day. The roofing crew was prompt, courteous, hard working and got 90% of our roof done in one day, only having to come back for a few hours the next day to add the finishing touches of ridge vents and cap shingles. Turned out, on one whole side of my house, the wood sheathing was completely dilapidated and needed full replacement. In one day, Brian and his crew did a complete tear off and removed the whole side of my roof and installed new roof wood sheathing. From there a completely new roofing system was installed with quality material and great workmanship within the next couple of days at a very reasonable price. My yard was constantly cleaned up each day and when the job was completed it was like they were never there with the exception of a beautiful new roof. The insurance adjuster was more than happy to give me a quote based on my own work and restoration. (That time I injured my lower back hauling debris.) That was several years ago, recently I had a tree fall on my property from my neighbors yard damaging my fencing, vehicle and home. I started doing the same thing quickly as a concerned husband and father to make sure my family was safe and had adequate shelter at the end of fall. It was cold and I moved everyone to our master bedroom to stay warm that night. The tree knocked down all the power lines and it was hours before the electric company shut it off. This sent several surges of electricity to our home damaging the furnace and appliances among other things. My neighbor hired Angelo from Americon Restoration. It just coincided we were outside at the same time. I was clearing the small debris panicked after I had just called my insurance company.
