They helped install a pet door (inside), installed 2 fans (he even went out and got a special part to make sure it would be perfect), and they installed new lights in our bathroom and kitchen. They are unbelievably nice and easy to be around, which is important when someone is in your home; they even took the time to get to know our cats! Their work is great, they are great and they are priced well! Affordability was very important to us because we had just bought our first home and didn't have a large budget. I recommended them to my mother and would recommend them to anyone else who needs work done around the house (I think they even install flooring)! I wish I had taken before shots to show the contrast, but here are a few 'afters' of the work they did for us!

Had some drywall repair work done recently (03/2021) from the Patch Boys of Cleveland. In…read moreparticular, it was butt-joint and cornerbead repair; relatively small work that, to my knowledge, most larger companies won't both with because it isn't profitable enough to take on. The owner (Jim) came out to my home in Fairview Park, took a look at the points of concern, and took notes. Within a day, I received a very reasonable estimate, expressed my intent to move forward, and had a date scheduled for the work ~2 weeks later. I am pretty detail-oriented and had some concerns with the initial work that was done. Jim personally stopped out to inspect what was done, and handled the additional work himself to my content. Throughout the entire process, both Jim and his son Austin were very personable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for repairs/work in the Cleveland area. I'd attach pictures, but I'm a cheapo when it comes to phones and my camera sucks.

There were two cracks in a bedroom ceiling that were repaired so amazingly well, you wouldn't realize repairs had been made! And one had been previously repaired years earlier so poorly it looked like a huge scar on the ceiling...looking at it now - it's flawless! And the repairs on the hallway walls were equally impressive. They arrived promptly, cleaned up the work area and the price was very fair for the amount of time they worked, and the craftsmanship involved. Excellent work...and company!

We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job. We did what we were hired to do. After years of a good relationship working with Alan, he has disappeared and will not pay us for our work. We had to go to small claims court, still waiting to collect. Be careful working with Alan Snyder.
