Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely. I called him again about a week later and left a voicemail. Still no response after a week. I can understand if something came up or if he didn't want to do the project upfront when we met. This has delayed our project from being completed. I believe this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior to customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Their quotes have always been the most reasonable I could find in the area. Moreover, the level of honesty, professionalism and responsiveness is unprecedented. Petti Construction replaced our roof last week and the crew of 8 was polite, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job the entire day. They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof). Petti Construction delivers on what they promise every single time. In fact, after a bad storm, Gary Petti just stopped by to check on the roof without any prompting from me!
