Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely. I have all records of text messages and phone calls in case there is any doubt of this review.

He asked if he could move some of the stuff into my building, since he planned on buying it. Next thing I knew, he had my roof torn off and he turned all the offices into bedrooms and had about 5 people that I'm pretty sure were all drug addicts living in my building. In addition to that, he had about 15,000 square feet of the building and about a half an acre in the lot filled with his crap which included a sailboat, several campers, trucks and cars. He destroyed my building and it took 6 months to get him out of there! Jim Bailey is a menace to society!!!

They paid close attention to detail and the projects came out great. Couldn't be happier.

I paid in good faith when they said only "finishing touches" were left. When I got home, several spots were missed -- old paint still showing, areas clearly needing another coat. I sent photos, and the painter promised to return when the weather allowed. Weeks passed with vague updates, then he showed up without notice, painted one strip, and left the rest unfinished. Messages now go unanswered. If I had withheld payment, I believe the work would have been completed. Poor communication, unfinished work, and no accountability. I had my husband call and speak with the guy (Jay). Unprofessional, boasting and a bit stand off but here's the thing; I just wanted the house painted so his personality isn't as important as the work. I'm looking for quality not a friend. We make the appointment for him to come and give an estimate. We made it clear we need a room painted and there's more work we would like an estimate for painting of (4400 sq ft). He makes the appointment with us for the following weekend at 10 am. I moved another appointment to accommodate and he's a no show no call. Shame on me for not considering personality as a red flag. Unprofessional all the way around. Don't waste your time unless you are interested in hearing his life stories and bragging of his price model strategy. *he upcharges for everything in the room, trim, windowsills and door frames, baseboards and closets. We knew from the size of the house none of our rooms were applicable to his $99 room but never imagined he'd say he charges extra for every other aspect of the room. Rotten gimmick and rotten service.
