Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with regard to getting your purchased product in the time promised. With a paid in full invoice before the order would be made to order. I did not mind paying my invoice in advance for a custom made to order item. The issue I have is with the companies turn around time. I paid in full at the time of order. Was told my screen would take two weeks to be completed. They would call me when it was done and I could pick it up. I was okay with that too. Unfortunately it has now been 3 weeks and four days and still no call to pick it up. I tried calling the business 5 times with no answer (and they offer no way of leaving a message to request a call back either). In this day and age REALLY? It just rang about 20 times with every call I made and then my call was dropped. So, I had a friend in the local area stop by their store in person to see if it was completed before I made the drive to pick it up from 30 minutes away. When my friend went to their store (which the internet shows was and should be open at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday). He found a note on the door saying they would be closed Monday 10/5/26. However, the day and date is Tuesday 10/6/26. I'm not at all happy with the poor communication from this business, their inability to complete my one item small order in the promised time frame, and the very unprofessional way they just close down leaving their customers in limbo. I expected much more from a business with a more than 50+ year foundation in the community. And a pay in advance policy. Again I'm okay with that polucy for a custom made to order screen. But, it would be nice to get what I paid for. Still no screen for my door. But they were paid in full almost 4 weeks ago now. Guess my only option is to keep calling UNTIL THEY actually pick up and tell me the store is sctually open and my screen is finished and ready for pick up??? I even felt the price was fare for a custom sized screen in this economy. No complaint on my end about price or paying in full before the order would be filled. THEY JUST DIDN'T FULLFILL THEIR PROMISE OF A 2 WEEK TURN AROUND, HAVE STILL TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY ORDER, AND THEY CAN'T BE REACHED.......

I was asked if there would be a significant other attending sales pitch meeting and I politely indicated I'm a single mom and will make the final decision myself. Yet, I understood the reason behind the inquiry and had no problems with it. The sales guy was straight to the point didn't really try to sell me the product just provided information regarding the product and answered questions I had accordingly. Which I was grateful for! He let me know that there would be about an 8-week fabrication Lead time which I was fine with. The windows did end up ready for installation within that time frame. Empire graciously set the installation date according to my schedule. And I can't rave enough about the three person team who came out and completed the install. Dave and his crew were on time, addressed my concern about placing down floor protection- which they had already anticipated. They were knowledgeable with the product and how to install the windows and the back patio door. Hard consistent workers, there was no downtime during the install. the framework after the bay window was removed was done very professionally and looks amazing. They answered my questions professionally and didn't make me feel stupid for asking very simple questions at times. I cant say enough about this crew, I hope they see this review and see how appreciative this single mom is. They cut no corners and provided exceptional install service that gives this mom a peace of mind! Plus they graciously accepted to take a photo in front of my new front windows!! Numerous window coil springs/balances break everytime I try to tilt them out to clean the windows. The part that breaks is cheaply made. And You have to silicone the frames so they open smoothly.

Their quotes have always been the most reasonable I could find in the area. Moreover, the level of honesty, professionalism and responsiveness is unprecedented. Petti Construction replaced our roof last week and the crew of 8 was polite, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job the entire day. They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof). Petti Construction delivers on what they promise every single time. In fact, after a bad storm, Gary Petti just stopped by to check on the roof without any prompting from me!
