I am want everyone to know how this company intimidates their employees. I have reached out to the Ohio Labor Board on this company and EEOC. I have contacted Channel 19 to help interview the leadership staff. I have been employed here a short time and I have watched them intimidate my daughter and others. but to put her in harms way the leader knows that is utter ridiculous. I will be seeing if EEOC/Federal Labor Law can meet with them and what processes they have in place. I have several statements and recording where the leadership staff had made a treats of her character. I have surveyed several business owners as well. I want everyone to know how they treat their employees. The one leader knows who she is. I would really like for the owner to be contacted. I know him and his wife does not have a clue that this type of things are going on with his company. I am going to give our story to every news station that will listen because it is difficult to maintain good hard working employees. I will be speaking in the Hough community because I am a well known spiritual leader in this community to see if they can contact our newly built building with a company that care, respect, value their employees. These guys did a fantastic job cleaning my very large wool area rug. It's a hard-to-clean unique rug (white!) with very high pile and they went above and beyond, hanging and pounding out all the deep dirt and then cleaning it three times! After they did some great but minor spot cleaning, I had been meaning to have them back for the whole shootin' match. I dragged my feet, though, and then my dog dragged his butt, and, well. I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning service and called Marks Cleaning. They came out for the first time and I was extremely disappointed. The bathroom floors were not touched, toilets still had marks in them (we have well water). My dining room chairs were not dusted, the staircase and banister were not touched. We have wood floors upstairs and it looks like they took a dry mop and quickly swept up leaving lines of dog hair in random areas. The closets were not swept and one closet was slightly open and they went around it because when we closed the door you could see a dust mark where it was open. The rug in my sons room was balled up on his chair and the rugs in our bathroom were in wrong spots and one was flipped over. I could keep going. Basically I don't even know what I paid them to clean. I called and just told them not to come back it was so poorly done. read more
