We had used Central Window Cleaning a couple of years ago and never forgot what a great job they did when it was time to clean the windows (both inside and outside) again. It was so nice to actually speak to a person when calling to get quote and make appointment for them to visit home for services. Alex was wonderful in walking us through the what/when/where so we were fully aware up front of services & costs. Trevor was very polite and worked quietly and efficiently when inside home doing interior or windows. He advised when complete and we did a walk thru. We have alot of windows and there were just a couple not quite right and he immediately made the fix. This young man seemed to have much pride in his work wanting to get the job just right. I will always look to Alex and Central Window Cleaning for future visits to our home. Have already had a few neighbors inquire about their services and have no issue in recommending them. I am located in Pittsburgh, PA. On 7/25/24 my gutters were cleaned by Centeal Window Cleaning. i paid their $274.42 invoice Immediately. This was a mistake. I kept wondering why neither my husband nor I had seen a ladder at all through the windows and why we had not heard anyone on the roof. So, I climbed onto the roof myself. The attached photo shows one of the gutters that I paid to have cleaned. I called and requested a refund. On 8/5 I was told that someone from accounting would call back. No one did. I called on 8/7 and again was told that someone would call back. Later that day I received a call back from a man who told me that they would process a refund, per my request. I proceeded to purchase gutter cleaning equipment so that I can clean my own gutters. No refund came. My husband called 8/13 and was told that they would find out where the refund was, and he was told that someone would call back. No one called back. We called again on 8/19, and we were told that they do no "offer" refunds but again we were told that someone would call us right back. No one has called. I have never posted a review of any company before, but I am very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. I do not recommend this company, and I certainly will never hire them in the future. read more

I called and got a price quote to clean our windows. Jordan arrived 10 minutes early with all of his gear, in a cute bright lime green Central Window Cleaning. He reviewed the quote with me and found that we had more windows than originally quoted and that the price would be higher. No problem. He got to work, cleaning the outside and inside of the windows as well as the screens. Our windows are spotless. He did a fantastic job. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. I'm a repeat customer-Central has cleaned my gutters and power washed my house, driveway, sidewalk, and awnings. They always do a great job.

I scheduled a few services for a Thursday. A few days before, I get a call to get an appointment scheduled, which I advised I already have one scheduled and they confirmed the same once looking further. No problem there. However, Thursday came and no one showed so I called and found out that the person who had called me to get something scheduled, accidentally moved my appointment to Friday. Okay. Fine. They took 10% off for the inconvenience. They also offered to contact the supervisor to see if they could get anyone there later that day. I said it was fine as I am sure they had a packed day and just said Friday was fine. So they get here Friday and they don't even have the correct power washing equipment so they had to go to Lowe's... well they didn't have what they needed so they had to go elsewhere... all in all they were here from 10am and didn't leave until around 2:30 or so. This is no fault on the gentlemen completing the service as they did a great job. This all stems from the company. Just a little messy and I probably won't return. read more

As a retail shop sandwiched between two bars we tend to get a ton of nasty fingerprints on our windows and doors. After trying another cleaning company with little to no luck. (they either never showed up, or when they did they left our windows looking worse) Central was and is different. For the past 2 years Central has cleaned our windows weekly. And every week they earn every penny of the fair rate they charge. Every window is spotless and in terms of the inside of my shop, they have yet to leave any amount of water on my floor. Wish i could say this about the other guys. They weren't the cheapest guys in town, but so far they've been the most prompt and certainly the most courteous. They have even on some occasions taken upon themselves to wipe down our glass display cases free of charge. Employees are top notch, Customer Service is on point. Pricing is Fair. They show up when they say will. And do exactly the work they were expected every time. We highly recommend these guys and gals read more
