He took out a wall, repaired plaster cracks and joints and skim coated all of the walls on the first floor. The walls came out perfect. The old wavy plaster walls look flat and straight after he finished and it's impossible to see the gap in the plaster were he took out the old wall. Also, his price was very fair. Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely.
