Don't waste your time contacting them. They are unreliable and don't follow up. Last September a…read morerepresentative came to my home and we discussed necessary painting and carpentry work for the exterior of my home. He then sent me an email estimate for the painting portion and said the carpenter would meet with me to work up an estimate for the carpentry portion which of course had to be done first. No one ever contacted me about the carpentry work, so I followed up three times, twice via email and the last time by phone. That was ten days ago. I then contacted another company who promptly responded and with whom we have already secured a contract.

When my realtor saw the work Norm and his crew did in the two units, she gushed praises for how good Norm made our property look. She even cussed a bit, and she doesn't normally swear. Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. If you want your place painted by a guy who will make it look SOOOOOO GOOOOD, then I think you need to hire Norm.

As far as Marco, he may think he completed the fence and gate job, but I can prove the gate does not shut flat and that I am using zip ties on the cheap latch in an effort to keep it shut. He left broken fence slats with exposed screws on the front of the fence. If you do not attempt to resolve these problems, I will file a small claims case against you.

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.
