Pharmacist Tiffany was very kind, patient and helpful when I called to ask questions about transferring my prescriptions to this pharmacy.

I recently moved to the Los Angeles Westwood area and ive been trying to find a new pharmacy. My neighbor told me about this place so i decided to give it a try being that its close by my house. Pharmacist Dor always gets me taken care of in a timely manner. He answers all my questions about my medications without making me feel like a burden. He is very confidential and private as well which i appreciate. Its a very professional yet friendly atmosphere. Im so glad to have found this place. I always have positive experiences with them. They also remind me of when im due for refills which is awesome because I have such a bad memory. This is the real definition of patient centered care!! If i could, I would give 10 stars. read more

I had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service and unparalleled knowledge of the team at Always Compound Pharmacy. Dr. K, the pharmacist at Always Compound Pharmacy, is truly exceptional. His expertise and dedication is evident in every interaction. Dr. K took the time to listen when I explained my experience with another pharmacy and how terrible their communication was when I needed a refill for a prescription. The helpfulness goes beyond just dispensing medications; they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I have an understanding of my prescriptions and any potential interactions or side effects. I can confidently say that I will never go to another pharmacy or pharmacist besides Always Compound Pharmacy. read more

I came into town for a business trip in early December of '21 and needed a covid rapid test, their turn-around time was as promised. Not only did Dr. Dor Keyvani (Dr. K.) administer the test smoothly, his customer service and friendliness were amazing as well. A lot of other businesses/pharmacies could take a note or two from their overall service. I have more business trips planned and will be stopping by Always Rx for my Covid test needs along with anything else that comes up that they can help me out with while I'm in town... I look forward to talking with Dr. K again too! read more

Needed to get a covid test so that I could visit my mother at UCLA medical center. Saw this was closest place to the hospital so decided to go there. Did a walk in and was immediately helped by Niusha. She quickly performed the test. I asked if she she could recommend some place i could grab a quick bite to eat while i waited for my results. She suggested a nearby restaurant called the Pink Orchid. I went there and it hit the spot. Before i was through getting something to eat i had my test results in a pleasant email. read more

I came by here on a Sunday afternoon as a walk-in. My first impression was that this is not your average, run of the mill pharmacy. It's extremely clean, well-organized, and well run. I had a few very specific questions about various medications that I wasn't able to get an answer to at my regular pharmacy. The pharmacist that was there, Dor, had me come right to front (no wait!) and gave me very personalized attention. He answered all my questions with a level of detail I really appreciated. He explained things to me in simple terms I could understand and made some excellent recommendations. I'm so happy I found this place that I was hesitant to write a review and let other people in on my new go-to pharmacy. read more

Dr K and his team at Always Rx in Westwood are amazing. We have a son with a special health condition that required special ordering of Potassium for him, which Dr K was able to facilitate. Then, he bailed me out with a last minute Covid test for travelling that one of the testing labs either lost or didn't process in time (probably due to Thanksgiving weekend), but he was able to get another Rapid PCR test done for me with results within hours. He is personable, professional, diligent and has been a very big help to our family! I am pleased to be able to recommend him and the team at Always Rx....they are the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! KB read more
