Staff associate are so loving to their customers service is world class for the demanding new customers to move in to the over crowded over populated Beverly Grove neighborhood l grew up n now everyone lives here from all over the world this is my personal favorite staff , all of they go up & beyond especially Mr Pouya , Josephine, Ciera, they found my prescription immediately saving my life that's what they deal with everyday everyones emergencies with so much kindness it was a staff effort they are doing so many jobs @ once rotating continuously without ever taking a break. I was so excited when I received my medication that I had given. Ms Favnaz the cash I didn't realize I had paid her already I pulled out another $20 to repay her again and she mentioned to me that I had already paid her twice. The workers at the pharmacy itself are generally clueless and completely incompetent. All you're doing is ensuring your customers are as annoyed as possible every time they come in. It must make for a miserable experience for every one. Just provide better service. Add an option to simple skip the automated system and at least just go straight to leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy to call back from.

Time. Employees told me they "don't use the app discount," which is completely inconsistent with other CVS stores. I later confirmed with other locations that the barcode should absolutely be accepted. A manager acknowledged the issue and promised reimbursement. I'm still waiting. This isn't just about money it's about integrity. Patients should not have to argue for valid discounts or be forced to overpay for essential medication. Check your receipts. If you use the CVS app, make sure your barcode is being scanned and honored. Transparency matters. Accountability matters. Do better.

There are always angry customers who have problems here, so I know it's not just me. Yesterday I had to call twice to fill a prescription and both times I was told it would be ready within an hour. I never received a text that it was filled or ready, so I had to wait until this morning when they opened to call again and check on it. They then told me they don't have the medication in stock, even though TWO people told me the day prior that they had it and that it would be filled within the hour. How is that acceptable?!?! I could have spent my time trying to fill it elsewhere instead of waiting for them to fill it like they said that they would, so I lost an entire day of waiting for nothing. The people who work here are incompetent, lazy and do not care. I am now out of my medication and had to scramble and literally spend more than an hour and a half trying to get it filled elsewhere. Additionally, I had to call this CVS 4x before I was able to talk to someone. I went through their automated system each time, then was on hold waiting for someone to answer, and each time about 4 minutes after being on hold it would hang up and disconnect the call. Like what??? I will never try to fill any prescription here again. Do not waste your time and get burned by these incompetent people. Literally any other CVS is better than this one.

The pictures came out outstanding. She was extremely helpful and very patient and letting me decide what size I could have in addition to the photograph, letting me know that it wasn't very clear she wouldn't suggest certain sizes. She was extremely professional kind the whole staff, including the manager was great today. How long will that be? 10-15 minutes. Ok. I come back in 30 minutes after I grab a bite to eat. I wait in line another 15 minutes. It's ready but 2 of the orders are only partially filled. There are only 5 capsules in the 30 capsule order, and we only have 1/2 of another order. WTF. OK. Please just let me know when the full order is COMPLETE. The next day, I'm texted the order is complete. I walk back over there the next day, wait in line for 15 minutes. Get my order. Get home. One item is missing. I call my doctor. They say they sent it in the prescription. I call Walgreens. "Oops. Yes, we're still processing it. Somebody should have told you that." Like most everything in the US these days: It's either incompetence, constant errors, or inefficiency. Unfortunately, I'm not sure any other pharmacy is gonna be better. At least in the USA.
