She was extremely helpful and very patient and letting me decide what size I could have in addition to the photograph, letting me know that it wasn't very clear she wouldn't suggest certain sizes. After getting multiple texts my orders were ready, I waited in line for 15 minutes. When it was my turn, they told they were still waiting for one of the five to be filled. OK. How long will that be? 10-15 minutes. Ok. I come back in 30 minutes after I grab a bite to eat. I wait in line another 15 minutes. It's ready but 2 of the orders are only partially filled. There are only 5 capsules in the 30 capsule order, and we only have 1/2 of another order. WTF. OK. Please just let me know when the full order is COMPLETE. The next day, I'm texted the order is complete. I walk back over there the next day, wait in line for 15 minutes. Get my order. Get home. One item is missing. I call my doctor. They say they sent it in the prescription. I call Walgreens. "Oops. Yes, we're still processing it. Somebody should have told you that." Like most everything in the US these days: It's either incompetence, constant errors, or inefficiency. Unfortunately, I'm not sure any other pharmacy is gonna be better. Zero stars. Dealing with this pharmacy has been an ongoing nightmare. Every single time I request a refill, nothing happens for days unless I call them myself. Only after I follow up do they actually start working on it. This has become a constant pattern, not a one-time issue. What's even worse is that prescriptions seem to randomly disappear from their system. I've had to go to my doctors multiple times just to get new prescriptions sent. I receive text confirmations that the pharmacy got them, I can see the prescription number in my account, and then I get a notification saying it was "put on file." But after that, it completely vanishes - neither I nor their support can find it anywhere, and I'm told there are "no refills left." At one point, my doctor faxed the prescription twice and the pharmacy claimed they never received it. Only after I filed a complaint did they suddenly "find" it - but then the exact same thing happened again: it was put on file and disappeared before I could even pick it up. Once again - "no refills left." It honestly feels like a never-ending cycle of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor communication. At this point, it's hard not to feel like they're making things unnecessarily difficult for their own customers. I've never experienced anything like this at other pharmacies. I will definitely be switching and would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

DO NOT COME HERE TO MAKE A PHOTO I want to warn people about the extremely unpleasant experience I had in the photo section. The employee -- a short woman with curly hair -- was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. Before coming to the store, I spoke with customer support, and they told me there would be no problem sending the photo to my email. That's why I came confident and prepared. But the moment I asked the employee if she could send the photo to my email, she immediately snapped at me: "Are you not hearing what I'm saying? Sometimes it sends, sometimes it doesn't." This was her reaction to my very first question. She didn't even try to help, explain properly, or look into the situation -- just straight rudeness. I said, "Okay, let's try -- if it comes through, I will pay." She responded again in a rude tone: "It doesn't matter. You will pay either way. If you don't like it, go somewhere else." This was shocking. I understand systems can malfunction -- that happens. But attacking a customer like that is not normal or acceptable. When I asked why she was speaking to me this way, she and her coworker laughed at me behind my back. I asked for a manager, and she told me none was available and to "come back another day."This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way -- especially after being told by support that everything would be simple and problem-free. I hope management takes this seriously, because this employee clearly does not know how to speak to people. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist here is incredibly unprofessional and seems to take pleasure in creating problems for customers. It feels like she settled for pharmacy after being rejected from medical school. I've seen her cause issues not just for me, but for other customers as well. She overrides doctors' orders and only follows her twisted interpretation of prescriptions. I experience anxiety every time I visit this pharmacy because I know there will be an issue. She holds onto my Zepbound prescription without any reason, despite it being covered by my insurance. I have never had these kinds of problems with Walgreens until I moved to this area. It's safe to say I'm switching pharmacies and reporting her to corporate. It's inhumane and unethical for a visibly ill elderly woman to wait three hours in line. Having an appointment means nothing to this place. I have been here for 10 minutes for my 10am appointment, watching the staffs helping other customers at the counter without even acknowledging the people at the drive thru. A simple "I'll be right with you" would do the trick, I get you are busy, but I even push the call button at the window and he hung up on me. Are all the people you help at the counter have an appointment at the same time? If so you need to stagger your appointments. Basically the walk up people got served first, what's the point of making an appointment? Like I have nothing else to do other than waiting here? There's a line behind me by the way, I am not the only one here in line. Jerks. Update: it is now 10:20... still nothing. Update: he finally acknowledged me, but it's 10:26, I am still waiting. Ordered a 11 x 14 poster and a 4 x 6 that were supposed to be ready by 3:59 today, 4/3/2025. I received two texts and two emails saying they were ready for pick-up, and something told me to call before I went there. I stayed on hold for a long time before anyone came to the phone. When the woman answered she was rude and told me it would be another hour. I told her that I just received the texts and emails saying they were ready for pick-up. She gave me one excuse after the next. And let me tell you, I have never seen anyone at the photo department working in the last year and a half. Well, she hung-up on me. I called back and was on-hold again, this time I spoke to a man and asked to speak to the manager. He said okay. I was on-hold and he came back and said the manager was gone. I asked to speak with who was in charge for the evening and he said to call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. One of my friends used to be a night manager and don't tell me that no one was there who was in charge. Well, I called customer service and the rep told me she would call them because as I mentioned, it was showing in the system that my orders were ready. And she transfered me back to the store. I got the same woman who hung-up on me and she said give it 10 more minutes. By the time I got to the store, they were standing around joking and laughing. I paid for my order, got home and the 11 x 14 poster was scratched. I have the original photo and the 4 x 6 and there are no scratches. I called back, and this same woman, after I told her that the poster was scratched, wanted me to come back to the store and bring the original and my order. I asked her would I be charged for the redo on the 11 x 14, and she had the audacity to say she didn't know. You can see the scratch. I have all of the proof that there is no scratch on the original or the 4 x 6. After going through the utter nonsense with them today, I really don't know if it's worth my time and energy to go back. There are some nice people who work at this store, but this group are the worst of the worst. But it really burns to know that they didn't take the time to proof the 11 x 14 like normal employees in photo departments would. And no wonder they wanted an hour, they had chit-chatting, laughing and joking to do. read more

Yelp is saying that this location is closed. It wasn't on Tuesday, I was there. But maybe it has closed since then- Just like CVS down the street did recently. If it did in fact close, I can't say that I'm surprised. The reason, and only reason I am saying that is because of the pharmacy staff. I'm sure everyone else in the store is great. Anyways, pharmacy seems really disorganized. I was told by my insurance that I had to pick up my prescription at Walgreens so I went over there to be a new customer. Girl behind the counter definitely looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Her attitude reflected it. I'm a really busy person and I didn't want to waste a single breath on this person and just politely left. They lost a customer. I called my insurance and told them I didn't want to do business with Walgreens. So now they fill my prescription for me and mail it to me. Even better. This Walgreens is a mess. The pharmacy is in chaos. I've tried to fill two prescriptions here, each time they cancelled the order with no explanation and without telling me. When I asked what happened they said I didn't pick up. Which is a total bold faced lie, because I just put in the order two days prior. My recommendation is to never use this pharmacy. They are understaffed, over worked and clearly do not have the support they need. If you need your prescription I suggest another pharmacy. It's too bad, this is the closest pharmacy to me. It's not worth the panic attack if finding out your prescription was cancelled and you are leaving on a week long business trip. Go somewhere else for good service. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The people themselves are very nice and are doing what they can, but the wait times are beyond excessive - and the fact they offer a drive thru actually makes it worse, not better, as it simply takes the people away from the inside counter and forces them to divide their attention. They almost never properly fill my "automatically filled" prescriptions, so I am constantly behind the 8 ball. Finally, they never answer the phone - ever - and never follow up on their digital requests to my doctor, so frequently when I arrive, the prescription has been "delayed" and I have to skip a few days. P.s., just as frequently, they neglect to let you know that they can't get a certain drug or don't have it yet, so you have to skip a day. Absolutely trash. I'm switching pharmacies. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only did they not care enough to fill my prescription in a timely manner, 2 days later after calling to check the status several times, they still had not filled it. I went to the drive through to ask them what was going on while on hold waiting for someone there to pick up the phone. I was literally watching the girl working there ignore the phone while it rang for over fifteen minutes. So I hung up. Finally when she came to the window I gave her my name, she walked away, 20 minutes later she comes back with my prescription which she clearly had filled just then. I get home and it's not what the doctor prescribed. She gave me some liquid solution when the script said GEL. (I double confirmed with the doctor, so it was definitely wrong.) This place should be shut down. I am so angry that not only did I wait 2 days for my script to get filled but it was wrong when I finally got it. These people are supposed to play a role in healthcare?? What a joke. They are lazy and incompetent. Go else where to get your medications. This location is great but too bad the outside perimeter is not maintained at all. In fact it is totally neglected and makes this Walgreens look like a dump. . Whether you walk to or drive here and park in the lot, the outside is trashy and lots of tree debris litter - has not been swept in months if ever. The pharmacy has taken a bit of a nose dive in the last few months. Its become somewhat of a serious mess if you like me have a series of medications to pick up. The disorganization has become a heavy concern for me and now pick up RX elsewhere. Example: I have picked up a few RX from there... but Walgreens, who I do not have set on auto-refill, is trying to fill the RX again and bill my insurance. The result: I get constant calls, text messages, and emails about how my insurance is not approving an RX... that I've already picked up. My online account is filled with red labeled alerts and its beyond confusing on this is happening. Most recent incident: I had an RX sent to the pharmacy on a Tuesday. I went Thursday to pick up, I was told they were completely out of it. had to order more, and to come the next day once I get an alert. No alert. I wasn't able to make it to the store until Tuesday (one week later). They again said they were out, but could only fill 16 of 30 pills (AND if I wanted the rest, I'd need a whole new RX again - this could be a nightmare w insurance duh). I've been going to this pharmacy for years and had no issue. As said, in the last few months its been going downhill. You can wait up to 10 min in line without ANYONE in front of you - the cashier is just empty. For the RX that they couldn't fill for over a week, was filled next day at the Ralphs next door. read more

I stopped at this Walgreens because I was in the neighborhood. I did not go to the pharmacy. I just needed to pick up a few items. The store was clean and well organized. They also had a free parking lot. However, this Walgreens is pricier than other Walgreens locations I have shopped in. They also are not a 24 hour store (they close at 11pm). Lastly, there was a mistake in the computer that charged us 2 items for $7 instead of what the posted sign said which was 2 for $5. They were nice about fixing the problem but, still, in the age of computers, this shouldn't happen. read more

If it was possible to give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. Have you seen that scene in Zootopia where the sloth runs the DMV? They are slower than that. This is the absolute slowest bunch of people I've ever encountered. I've been going to this pharmacy purely out of convenience for 5+ years and I don't think I've waited less than 20 minutes to get my prescriptions (that I prepaid and requested before coming in.) the drive thru might as well not exist to them because they will serve every single indoor customer before even looking out the window. I usually end up having to honk after 10 minutes of trying to get their attention. Even going inside takes 15 min minimum to get what you came for. Don't ever go to this place in a rush. read more

Worst customer service ever. They don't care how long you wait, and they do stock taking and paperwork while you wait, even for what is supposed to be a quick pickup with nobody else waiting. They send texts saying your prescription is filled and ready for pickup, only to find out it's not filled when you arrive. Several other pharmacies are MUCH better, even if you have to walk in rather than drive through. They need better managerial skills and a positive customer interaction capability, by far. I wish I could leave 0 stars here. I have have consistent issues with the pharmacy at this location. They treat people like drug addicts & take weeks to fill scripts that should take a few days max. Last time I went in, they told me everything was ready and then scrambled to fill my script and made me wait 30 minutes. Why do I have to give one star? This particular Walgreens deserves zero. On 12-20-23 a cashier (male, average height with thick black hair) sold me $200.00 worth of fraudulent and irredeemable Apple gift cards. I declined my receipt because, well, Walgreens is supposed to be a trusted business (lesson learned). Got home only to notice part of the redemption code was whited out thus rendering them useless (see attached images). So, back to the store I go. Fraudulent gifts cards in hand. I confronted the cashier who sold it to me saying something along the lines of "we got a problem" and asked to speak to a manager. I also informed him that I would like a printed copy of my receipt since I knew that I would need it in order to resolve the issue. Cue manager (male very short with very thin black hair). Said manager initially stated that there was no possible way for him to print out a copy of my receipt. That is, until I made it clear to him that withholding my receipt wasn't legal. He eventually gave it up, but, that wasn't good enough for me. He, rather, Walgreens still had my $200.00 and I wanted it back. I still want it back to this day. I then informed said manager of the situation and presented the evidence. Yet despite all that, he dug his heals in and refused to issue me a refund. Instead, he gave me a "customer service" number to call. Having dealt with Walgreens so called "customer service" before i knew that it could take weeks even months to be issued my $200.00 back. Which, at that point, was completely unacceptable. This is what was most upsetting to me. Instead of owning up and taking responsibility for the fraudulent transaction that had taken place said manager tried shifting the blame onto me. He even tried to shift the blame onto random individuals that enter the store. Him blaming me was the final straw. Admittedly I lost it. There was lots of tears and tremors. I did get loud, but, only to warn other customers to not buy their gift cards at that location. I even tried to get the police involved to no avail. Guess they had bigger fish to fry which's understandable. I guess. My point. Walgreens is the company that is scamming their customers out of money for irredeemable gift cards, therefor, Walgreens alone is responsible and should be held to account. No one else. This whole ordeal has impacted me negatively. I'm left feeling violated in the same way that i would be if i was to be robbed of $200.00 on the street. Probably more so considering the culprit in this case was once a trusted local business and not some masked unruly thief. It's all very disheartening. I posted this to raise awareness. I was a huge fan of the little Sav-On that used to be in the neighborhood several years ago. When that was torn down, I switched to Walgreens, and I like it a lot...maybe even more than Sav On. The customer service is very good and there's usually someone out "in the store" available to help. Checking out is usually pretty quick too. If the line get's long, they open up another register in a hurry. I've returned several items there, and they generally are hassle free. The photo center is good too. It's really easy to upload some photos to their website and go pick them up. I've never had a bad experience with their photo service and/or the quality of the photos. There's always something on sale and they have handy coupons you can pick up when you walk into the store. I have only used the pharmacy on a couple occasions, but found the drive-up drop off and pick up for prescriptions very handy indeed. Also, the parking lot is roomy, which is a big plus in this neighborhood! read more

This is by far my favorite pharmacy. I don't know what others are complaining about. Have they messed up a prescription? Sure. Was it the end of the world? No. Did I have to wait a few minutes longer? Yes! Did I die? No. I have never encountered any rude behavior at this location. The pharmacists on duty are always happy to answer my questions and the technicians are always pleasant. The entire store is nice and clean. Nice wide aisles. I often do other shopping here for my small incidentals. I also like Walgreens pharmaceutical plan. I use it instead of my own pharmacy plan from my employer. I get notified ahead of time when my meds will be ready. I love it! There are pharmacy's closer to me but I happy to drive a little further to shop here. read more
