David is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Due to the shortage, I had to call 10+ pharmacies to ask about stock and many were rude. Not here though! I was expecting to pay more but was able to save quite a bit due to the generic which was greatly appreciated. I felt safe inside the store (you have to be buzzed in) and also that my privacy was important, it wasn't a crazy line of 15+ people like CVS or Rite Aid. Only tricky thing is getting into the plaza. Matthew has been such a constant and knows you by name, which makes such a difference. He's incredibly kind and helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is handled. There's a level of consistency and care from him that you can really count on. The front staff is always kind and welcoming, and Yvette is so warm and helpful. She makes every interaction easy and pleasant. There are also so many other people who work there, and they are all consistently great. The customer service at this pharmacy by far beats other pharmacies, especially those corporate pharmacies such as CVS I've been to. The staff working here are super supportive, kind, and friendly! They call me before my prescription is finished and will see what scripts I would like them to fill for the following month. I've been always delighted with the service they provide. They also have my medications delivered to me for free every time I request for delivery.
