This isn't based on just one visit--it's been my experience over multiple encounters. It's frustrating because this is the closest pharmacy to where I live, and it actually makes me miss Rite Aid. There are specific meds which can be bulk ordered that is administrated every couple weeks or so. The pharmacy refuse to bulk order this med. So we inquired with several other pharmacies then found out that pharmacy make less money when meds are sold in bulk. Albeit the front desk lady is still pleasant, the lady pharmacist or the shorter male pharmacist isn't. There are many more viable, less expensive and friendlier options nearby. This isn't just about money it's about integrity. Patients should not have to argue for valid discounts or be forced to overpay for essential medication. Check your receipts.
