Can't say enough about this pharmacy. I was a long time client OF thrifty, then Rite Aid. When they went out of business, that was recommended Encore. Honestly, I wish I knew about this pharmacy years ago. They are so much easier to deal with, they are so nice and so accommodating. I come here every few months to get my prescription. The pharmacy is on the ground floor of a surgical center, The Lawrence M. Koplin M.D/Roxsan Surgery Center. The staff is attentive and friendly. They also sell scented candles, and I love sniffing them while I wait. You can find lots of different skin care products and brands you will find at other stores. Parking can be tricky; a parking lot nearby says, "No pharmacy parking," but I park there anyway. I usually come in& out so fast that I don't have to pay. It's so hard to find a pharmacy in 2025 that truly prioritizes patients over profit--but Encore does exactly that. I had a prescription that a large chain pharmacy couldn't fill. After being told to just "wait a few weeks" (with no explanation), I went without my essential medication. I called dozens of other local pharmacies who could not fill my prescription. Beware of Encore pharmacy if you live far away. They will discourage you and make it difficult for you to have your prescription transferred to a pharmacy in your town. I live over 300 miles away. I received my subscription today. It has been six days waiting to get my prescription shipped. I had a very serious eye procedure and needed my necessary eye drops ASAP because I was close to running out. But it took them 6 days to get it to me. UNACCEPTABLE! Going without these drops three days could affect my eyes healing correctly. Part of problem is They are closed weekends but there are 24 hours,/7 days a week pharmacy's in my town. So if you live very far away and your doctor sent the prescription to Encore pharmacy, please, please, please insist on having your prescription transferred to your local pharmacy immediately! read more

Great local pharmacy! Small space, but they always have my scripts ready to go. If you're looking for something that can be harder to find due to a shortage, Encore will often have it. Super friendly service and you can tell everyone that works here truly cares about their customers. The shelves are stocked with necessities, too. I called in to order a medication and was taken aback by the customer service. I had questions about several additional charges listed as "misc fees," but instead of taking the time to explain them, the representative brushed off my questions. When I expressed that I wasn't satisfied with the vague answer, they actually recommended I speak to someone else! When did it become okay to dismiss customers like that? It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If you're going to charge people extra, the least you can do is provide a clear explanation. Very disappointed with the service. read more

Upon reading my review the owner called me. He said he addressed the attitude with the staff member who was rude to me. He was very polite and apologetic. After talking I realized I was incorrect and had not filled a prescription previously there so that part of the review was incorrect and my fault, they did not have my insurance on file. Since his call, he texted me and asked I remove the review. I told him I would not as it is a true representation of my experience; however I would edit and update because I appreciated the follow up. This is a great local pharmacy. I love their personal service and will likely move all my prescriptions to them. Last week I needed to pick up a prescription for someone else. I called Encore and they had her prescription ready. I asked if they had her card on file but they didn't so I gave them mine. They asked me where I was and I told them I was on my way there. They said, give us a call when you're parked outside and we'll bring it to you. Who still does this? Encore does.
