You won't find a more professional, friendly, and attentive staff than the team at Encore Pharmacy. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would! They are always so on top of everything, and their level of communication is truly top-notch. They're responsive, thorough, and make the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. And Trina is simply the BEST! She goes above and beyond, is always helpful and kind, and makes you feel like you're genuinely being taken care of. It's rare to find this level of customer service anymore. I can't recommend Encore Pharmacy and their amazing team enough! +. C from SV read more

This is a very pretty pharmacy located on the ground floor of 465 Roxbury Drive. Park on the street because they do not validate. The pharmacist is very nice and answered a few of my questions about contraindications. read more

Customer service is beyond wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. Prescriptions are on time and you're in and out easy. Free city parking nearby as well. Also I switched from Mickey Fine and the same exact prescription is less expensive. Go figure. This is by far the best pharmacy in town. Such a great store. read more

This is a small, efficient pharmacy with professionals that reflect integrity and kindness. Ben, the pharmacist was very friendly and helpful working with my physician to fulfill my prescription. Ebony at reception was very nice and accommodating as well. I did not have to wait extensively which I also very much appreciated. read more

This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have many prescriptions, so I need to be able to have a pharmacy that is communicative and helpful. If they don't have the medication, they obtain it the next day. If you have a problem or a concern, they are pleasant and understanding. Special shout out to Jeffrey who has been a lifesaver! You won't go wrong here. read more

The staff at Encore Pharmacy are professional, polite, personable, and very efficient. Trina, the pharmacist, expedited my husband's medications, while he waited in the car. Amazing service and I paid less than I was paying at my previous pharmacy. So happy my doctor recommended me to them. Such a clean pharmacy with fun stuff to buy over the counter. Highly suggest using them. read more

Great service! This has been my go to pharmacy for a while now. Reliable, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend!

I come here every few months to get my prescription. The pharmacy is on the ground floor of a surgical center, The Lawrence M. Koplin M.D/Roxsan Surgery Center. The staff is attentive and friendly. They also sell scented candles, and I love sniffing them while I wait. You can find lots of different skin care products and brands you will find at other stores. Parking can be tricky; a parking lot nearby says, "No pharmacy parking," but I park there anyway. I usually come in& out so fast that I don't have to pay. There is also some street parking, but it's occupied whenever I come here. read more

Can't say enough about this pharmacy. I was a long time client OF thrifty, then Rite Aid. When they went out of business, that was recommended Encore. Honestly, I wish I knew about this pharmacy years ago. They are so much easier to deal with, they are so nice and so accommodating. As an example, I was passing the pharmacy and needed a prescription filled immediately. I called and got Ebony on the phone. I asked her if she could quickly fill a prescription for me so I could go on with my day. Within minutes, they had the prescription filled, and I picked it up. Took 5 min for everything. I highly recommend Encore, it's old-fashioned customer service. The way businesses should be. read more

Thank you Encore Pharmacy for always coming through!!! My doctor called in a prescription 5 minutes before closing on the night before a holiday weekend. Trina was amazing and made sure to get the medications filled and handed off without a minute to spare. Couldn't have done it without you guys!!! read more

Great customer service, quick prescription fills and delivery. I have spoke. Spoke with Trina twice now and always so quick and effective . Highly recommend read more

It's so hard to find a pharmacy in 2025 that truly prioritizes patients over profit--but Encore does exactly that. I had a prescription that a large chain pharmacy couldn't fill. After being told to just "wait a few weeks" (with no explanation), I went without my essential medication. I called dozens of other local pharmacies who could not fill my prescription. Encore not only filled my prescription the very next day but even absorbed the loss themselves so I wouldn't go without my medication and advised me on how best to get it filled going forward. So, so, grateful for Encore! These are the people who should be in healthcare! read more

I have been using Encore Pharmacy for more than a year now. Recently, I travelled abroad and was grateful for Trina and Ebony who went above and beyond to help me get my medications ready before my trip. They were patient, thorough, and made sure I had everything I needed, which gave me real peace of mind. The level of care and attention they showed truly reflects how much this pharmacy values its customers. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The pharmacy is clean, and well organized. I would highly recommend Encore Pharmacy. read more

Beware of Encore pharmacy if you live far away. They will discourage you and make it difficult for you to have your prescription transferred to a pharmacy in your town. I live over 300 miles away. I received my subscription today. It has been six days waiting to get my prescription shipped. I had a very serious eye procedure and needed my necessary eye drops ASAP because I was close to running out. But it took them 6 days to get it to me. UNACCEPTABLE! Going without these drops three days could affect my eyes healing correctly. Part of problem is They are closed weekends but there are 24 hours,/7 days a week pharmacy's in my town. So if you live very far away and your doctor sent the prescription to Encore pharmacy, please, please, please insist on having your prescription transferred to your local pharmacy immediately! read more

This pharmacy is a little gem! Ebony is utterly amazing and always remembers me and treats me like family. Everyone in LA doesn't suck I'm not originally from here, but I gotta say I went down to the Encore Pharmacy the other day and there was this lady named Ebony with a gleam in her eye. She had a great personality and she even accommodated my needs in a time where a sister was struggling . This lady needs a promotion you know it's hard to find good help. She could probably be a therapist if she wanted to quite honestly no need to look further for a Pharmacy . You're in the right place if I get kicked out of my apartment I'm going to Encore Pharmacy .periodotttttt... read more

Fantastic customer service. I had an important reimbursement that needed to be printed, filled, out and scanned back to me in one day. Great local pharmacy! Small space, but they always have my scripts ready to go. If you're looking for something that can be harder to find due to a shortage, Encore will often have it. Super friendly service and you can tell everyone that works here truly cares about their customers. The shelves are stocked with necessities, too. I've only ever had to wait once and there's comfy couches in the lobby, just for that reason. read more

Upon reading my review the owner called me. He said he addressed the attitude with the staff member who was rude to me. He was very polite and apologetic. After talking I realized I was incorrect and had not filled a prescription previously there so that part of the review was incorrect and my fault, they did not have my insurance on file. Since his call, he texted me and asked I remove the review. I told him I would not as it is a true representation of my experience; however I would edit and update because I appreciated the follow up. Additionally since I was back at the same building and passed the same staff member who was rude to me previously and she stopped and gave me a dirty look. I am updating the stars to 4 for the good customer service follow up by the owner. read more

Ben the Pharmacist is amazing. After some major challenges (NOT ON THEIR END) transferring my prescription to their shop, they made miracles happen to get my prescription ready the same day. THANK YOU! Go Encore. read more

I can't express how much I appreciate the service of Encore Pharmacy. I can tell the owners and employees really care about making sure clients get what they need and go out of their way to fill prescription prescriptions. They will make sure you use coupons that you don't even know about! !!!They always call you back and answer calls immediately. Also, if you need medication stripped, they do that at a reasonable price . We are lucky to have this Pharmacy! read more

This is a great local pharmacy. I love their personal service and will likely move all my prescriptions to them. Last week I needed to pick up a prescription for someone else. I called Encore and they had her prescription ready. I asked if they had her card on file but they didn't so I gave them mine. They asked me where I was and I told them I was on my way there. They said, give us a call when you're parked outside and we'll bring it to you. Who still does this? Encore does. Seriously how great is it to be valued and treated like a human being and not just a prescription number. read more

Came in to pick up medication and your staff. Ebony was a great help nice polite and excellent customer service.

I called in to order a medication and was taken aback by the customer service. I had questions about several additional charges listed as "misc fees," but instead of taking the time to explain them, the representative brushed off my questions. When I expressed that I wasn't satisfied with the vague answer, they actually recommended I speak to someone else! When did it become okay to dismiss customers like that? It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If you're going to charge people extra, the least you can do is provide a clear explanation. Very disappointed with the service. read more
