I'm genuinely shocked! Some of my medications can be pretty costly, so I called Costco and several big chain pharmacies to compare prices. Tri Tech Pharmacy beat every single one!! Their medication prices are seriously some of the best I've found, and even their compounding is very reasonably priced. I'm so happy I found this pharmacy! read more

Wrong instructions, provider & overcharged They gave me a prescription with the wrong frequency (once a day instead of twice a day), made spelling errors in directions, and wrote the *wrong prescribing doctor* for medication and tried to blame it on Dr order. Before they filled it I had multiple conversations confirming med, dose, frequency and price. They couldn't read prescription so had to call prescribing Dr to fix spelling of medication. They also tried to tell me to take a different medication instead (already on it). After all that they gave me 45 day amount and charged me the 90 day they had agreed to. Their pharmacy made a mistake and overcharged me for it. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. You can get compounded meds *much* cheaper shipped from pharmacies that do not make dangerous dosage/frequency transcription errors. read more

I was walking by the street on my way to my friends house and I happened to notice that there was a grand opening sign for the store. Turns out there was a celebration for the new owner and pharmacists. I went inside to buy just some vitamins but I saw all the beautiful decorations and refreshments that they had. I was given a warm welcome by all the polite workers who worked fast to give the best service possible. After my purchase I decided to get a B-complex shot, she did a great job with the service and it all went smoothly. The pharmacy had lots of medications, and I ended up getting 15% off of my entire purchase. In the end the pharmacist offered me free delivery on future prescriptions and OTC medications. I recommend that you go to TriTech Rx pharmacy for their amazing atmosphere and service. read more

So I checked out this pharmacy cuz I wanted to transfer out my prescriptions and the coolest thing happened. Okay no joke while I was waiting I had a chemical peel inside the pharmacy in a private room. Literally had a professional grade chemical peel done while I was waiting for my scripts to transfer over and get filled. It takes the meaning "best customer service " to a whole new level. Now I look forward to next months refills . Even though they offer free shipping I'd rather come in cuz I'm big into skincare and this was a pleasant surprise. The owner Sara is also the pharmacist in charge she's so sweet and a breath of fresh air! I think it's under new ownership so a lot had changed. Definitely come check them out , I even got a discount on over the counter items with my transfer. If you're in the neighborhood they are worth checking out !! read more

I am a new zepbound user. I tried this pharmacy at the suggestion of my dr. as he said folks were able to get zepbound from this location when it first hit the market in Dec. Here's the long and short - the gentlemen at the front desk and the lead pharmacist at first were great, friendly, and accommodating. They asked about filling other prescriptions and to tell a friend. I was excited to refer them and use them for all my needs. I submitted a refill request online Tuesday 2/6 and drove from culver city to pick up the prescription on 2/8. The prescription wasn't ready but the gentlemen at the front desk was apologetic and asked me to call back. When I did call I was told I had to call my dr. Then I was told they would request a refill but I still needed to call my dr. to move things. I had to do the same last month to get my prescription filled. No one gave me the courtesy of a call on Tuesday 2/6 to advise I reach out to my dr. When I expressed my frustration and explained that I wanted to stay with them but wasn't happy with this process, the head pharmacist said, "That's fine you can take your business elsewhere"". So that's exactly what I have done - moved my prescription to a CVS 3 min from my house. Key Take-away - The lead pharmacist/possible business owner has a lot to learn about small business customer service. As a result, I can't and won't recommend this pharmacy. I wouldn't suggest the community use this pharmacy. Especially avoid it if you use medical or one of its affiliating partners like health net, la care ect. I'll be upfront and tell you that they just don't take our insurance and I'll save you the time of trying to fill prescriptions here. I went here because it was listed as one of the local pharmacies that was covered by my particular insurance. Upon arrival they took my insurance cards and verified that they do work with my particular insurance. When I came back to pick up the prescriptions they told me that my insurance didn't cover these particular meds and that I would need to pay cash for them. I specifically asked if it was the insurance that didn't cover the cost of the meds, or if it was the pharmacy not covered by my insurance. They told me that it was the insurance that didn't cover the meds. Every prescription that I have had so far through my particular branch of medical has been a $0 dollar copay, so I found it a little odd that this wasn't covered by my insurance. I said I can go to my other pharmacy and they told me again that it's the cost of the meds not being covered by insurance and persuaded me to stay and fill the meds there, and not to waste my time. I went home and verified that in fact, it was the pharmacy that has unlisted themselves or ended contract with that branch of medical. The cost of the meds being charged, was not because my insurance didn't cover the meds, but that they didn't cover the pharmacy, and so the pharmacy had to charge me. Essentially this pharmacy lied to my face to keep my business, filled a script that wasn't covered because they aren't authorized with my insurance. So they could make the money on my meds, and so I wouldn't try and go fill the script somewhere else. This is super unprofessional, and super super scummy. Is it not obvious by me already being on medical that in some means I'm struggling financially to care for my health? Then you're going to take advantage of me, lie to my face so that you can make a sale on some measly pills. It's really really sad that this kind of stuff goes on in the industry. Again, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, unless it's out of pure convenience and locality. If you receive a similar kind a answer, I would just walk out. They're obviously struggling to stay in business here on colorado blvd... but I'm not going to let my community be taken advantage of. PATIENT/BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! read more
