    I left a pouch with several credit cards, a gift card, and an ATM card on the CVS counter over a month ago. I didn't realize it wasn't in my purse for five weeks because I didn't need any of those specific cards. I was pleasantly surprised when I called them five weeks later and found out they had it. I rushed to CVS on Santa Monica Blvd and 26th Street, and not only did they have the pouch, but every card was inside. To the person who turned it in to the manager: Thank you for your integrity.     What do you do with your expired prescriptions & meds? If you think tossing it into trash or flushing down the toilet is the easy thing to do... you may be right, but it's not the safe thing to do nor is it without its environmental impact. Took me a while to locate where to dispose of these safely in SM. Found it here! * FYI - Free plaza parking * FYI - Bin located in the back of store, by pharmacy counter FOUR STARS solely for having a medication disposal bin here ****

Getting that particular refill would typically cost me around $50 every time, however I am able to get it at no cost with SMC Pharmacy. In addition, they have shipped the refills to me at no cost as well. Love the savings and convenience! The communications/reminders have been clear and timely. Great customer service.

I'm a senior and I was supposed to get important medications that if I don't take I could get sick or worse meaning death. I paid for the medications and I paid for it to be delivered. They keep making excuses real flimsy excuses of why this happened or that happened or they don't return any correspondence. Any mix of this. I've had to call and speak to a social worker regarding elder abuse because I'm not able to get my medications even though I paid for them and also make a police report and I'm going to take it further and I'm talking to an attorney this coming week. Nate promised me that I would get the medications tonight Friday night between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. and didn't. And I didn't get it last night. And there's constant delays. Parmiz the other pharmacist is a narcissistic gaslighter. She hasn't even checked the messages since Tuesday afternoon. She tried to gas light me that I didn't return her correspondence on Tuesday when I did. And I have record of it. Maybe she needs to get off her lazy behind and check the text messages that come in. It's Friday today and she hasn't checked them since Tuesday. Unprofessional narcissistic attitude and lazy a very bad mix. They are just horrible. They used to be good and somehow it all went pear-shaped. Terrible people.

Like many large companies, CVS appears to rely heavily on automated voice systems instead of having a person answer the phone. Unfortunately, these systems don't always seem ready for real-world use. On Tuesday, March 10, I called and used the automated system to refill a prescription. The system confirmed that the refill would be processed. I was a little hesitant to rely on the automated system alone--and now I understand why. I wasn't able to pick up the prescription on Wednesday, so on Thursday, March 12, I called at 9:12 a.m. to make sure it was ready. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. At 9:18 a.m., someone from the pharmacy called me back and confirmed that the prescription would be ready later that day. However, when I arrived around 4:30 p.m., the pharmacist told me there was no record of the prescription request at all. They also said they had no idea who from the pharmacy might have called me earlier in the morning and could not find any note or record in their system. It was essentially as if the previous two days of communication had never happened. This was for a heart medication. After I explained the situation and the time I had set aside after work to pick up the medication, the pharmacist was kind enough to give me two pills (heart medication) to hold me over, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience was frustrating and made me question the reliability of the system and the coordination between staff. The pharmacist on duty in the afternoon had no information about who had called me earlier, even though the call clearly came from the pharmacy's local number on my caller ID. I hope CVS improves communication between staff and the reliability of the automated refill system. I'd like to continue using this location because it's convenient, but experiences like this make me wonder whether I can depend on them when it comes to something as important as prescription medication.

I quickly went in to…read morethis CVS hoping to be able to find a battery, but looks like they either didn't stock them, or they were unfortunately out of stock during my visit. But I will give the associates points for knowing exactly where to direct me in my quest to get in and out as quickly as possible so to ensure I didn't have to pay even more at my parking lot. The store itself was well laid out and kept clean. The aisles were wide and well organized. Honestly, I would have no problem coming back here for other items should I find myself in the area. I'll just make sure I have my battery needs already taken care of.
