Looks like they turned one wall of parking into $8.15/hr paid parking. This is really strange because it's the same as the free lot.

    Great selection of cosmetics

Most of these large-brand drug stores are pretty similar and they usually staff the stores and pharmacies with minimal number of clerks - as few as they can get by! Workers are often under a lot of pressure to keep the store clean/organized and help the customers. This store stands out to me due to their nice cosmetic section- clean and neat with a large selection! Free samples too! We came for vaccination during the very popular early evening hours. I am impressed by how the staff multi-task to help everyone while they seem a bit understaffed.

New Recycled Rx prescription bags!!! Love it! Good to be eco-friendly!

Good location, but there are panhandlers crowding around the doors. Fair prices. Enough staff to check you out without a wait.

They should probably have a self checkout here since the line to checkout is always 15 people long

Place is a joke. Can even reach a pharmacist and their automated system makes you want to strangle yourself.

However, I am only giving this CVS 3 stars because of the lack of staff on the floor to help open up the locked cases, which is 90% of this store. I understand why the merchandise must be locked up due to the past several years of theft. When a staff member does show up to unlock the case, they are always kind and apologize for the wait. CVS should hire more staff to help the customers. 5 stars to the Pharmacy Department for being open 24 hours. When my husband needed meds after 10pm, I was able pick up the meds, late at night! Thank YOU!!

Despite being in emergency condition, the man said "can you come back in an hour, it's time for my lunch". I conveyed this was an emergency, he said "too bad, I'll be back at 330. Do you live around here?" Then I said, again, this is an emergency, he literally laughed. When it became clear that he still wasn't going to help, I asked if he could at least send the prescriptions to the CVS near my home (I was only here because of emergency conditions plus 24 hours being open). He said he would do this, and did NOT do this. Thankfully the person at my local CVS was able to handle everything the next morning after only about ~30 minutes of waiting, but there was substantial amounts of pain felt which would have been avoided had the person helped. Also, despite his apparent overwhelming need to take lunch exactly upon my arrival at 230 AM, he helped the woman behind me in line.

CVS in Westwood, how could I forget to show you some love…read more Located in the thick of Westwood Village/Westwood just a skip away from UCLA, this former 24 hour drugstore/pharmacy/convenience chain has a truly unique layout with from outside to in as well as below... Yep this two level Consumer Value Store has a lower level you can access when you first enter off the corner of Westwood Blvd/Weyburn Avenue from the street - on the main level you'll find the check out counters, self checkout kiosk and all their beverages, snacks, food items, beauty, selfcare and big deals. Below is where their pharmacy, homes goods, supplements, stationary, medicine and much more is. I hadn't been to this location in several years so it was fun to see what changed. Seems like they might be redoing some paneling along the stairs, hopefully something artistic to give them a little more pop and color. I didn't really notice any hand baskets or carts in place, but didn't really need much at all after running some errands close by. I know they have an elevator in order to be ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible, but couldn't remember what side it was on. Definitely don't mind the stairs, but a pair of ladies walked in and took up most of the staircase without a care in the world when I was coming up from below. I moved over for them not only because it's polite but because they could definitely care less about myself or the gentleman behind them. I did interact with some friendly CVS staff including a pharmacist who was helping a gentleman on the floor with some allergy medicine. You can definitely track someone down if you need assistances. Good deals, cool coupons and a smooth checkout made for a nice trip. Parking is street (meter), private lot off Weyburn in back or local paid lots close by but also a very pedestrian friendly area/neighborhood if you're local or coming from other places in the area on foot, bike or scooter.
