Great service and attention. However, do not plan to come in at their opening time (8AM). The staff actually open and kick into gear at 8:20ish or later. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I love this pharmacy! Why David do you love this pharmacy so much?? Because they are one of the few places you can get the top level Sanofi Flu Vaccine FluBlok. But David, aren't all Flu Vaccines the same? Are all cars the same??? All cars will get you from point A to B, but wouldn't you rather go in a Corvette than a Civic? Not all Flu Vaccines are made the same and are the same quality and safety. Ralphs has all 3 levels of Sanofi's Vaccines: 1. FluBlok for 18 to 65 2. High dose Fluzone for 65 and older. (FluBlok okay also for 65 and older) 3. Lower dose FluBlok for children. I got mine last week and the senior Pharmacist administered it--such a nice guy we chatted for a few minutes after about things. I made an appointment online at the Ralph's website, but not required--you can walk-in. But you can complete all the paperwork online and then there is nothing to do when you show up. And Ralphs also has all 3 New Covid Vaccines if you are inclined: 1. Pfizer (MNRA) approx 95% effective 2. Moderna (MNRA) approx 95% effective 3. Novavax (90% effective--non-MNRA) for those that are concerned about the adverse effects of MNRA. And Best of all--this Ralph's has a private doctors office they take you into for the shot--none of that shot in store next to the cheese where your neighbors are watching and gossip to everyone. "Hey, I saw David today in Ralph's getting a flu shot--he screamed so loud...can you believe he got the shot?" Last the other thing I like about Ralph's is the quality of their pharmaceuticals. I actually look at where they are manufactured and look up reviews of the labs. There is a difference there too. And when you are done at the pharmacy--pick up some Guinness--my favorite Beer to celebrate--they have that there too. And check the label to make sure you are getting the one made in Ireland at the Original Factory--I check the labels there too. No one wants an Irish beer made in the USA like they used to. read more

Ralphs Westwood pharmacy is the most efficient, professional and customer friendly pharmacy I have ever encountered. The vaccination protocol is excellent, and all of the pharmacists I have encountered are extremely professional. Many of my vaccinations have been performed by Calvin, and he is extraordinarily efficient and personable. Their hours and delivery system are very customer friendly. read more

I like Ralphs Pharmacy in Westwood near UCLA. They are attentive and the pharmacists are helpful and informative. I've always been pleased when I talked to them on the phone. They answer all my questions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service. Prices are usually good here (of course it varies by prescription). They take Good Rx. Free delivery. read more

Horrible experience with the pharmacist that had a god complex. He questioned wrongfully the prescription and challenged the prescribing doctor credentials. Rude and incompetent. When asked his name. He just said "Howard F" hiding his name as a coward scared to get into trouble. Poor service. read more

RALPHS' PHARMACY ROCKS TODAY AS IT DID PRE-COVID-19 First off kudos to Ralphs' staff for showing up, risking virus exposure, being on the frontline for us! Second, this pharmacy fills veterinary prescriptions, often human medication, as prescribed by veterinarians. Our geriatric furbaby needed a human med to abate an emergency digestive disturbance. Our veterinarian called it in and med was ready yesterday but wasn't delivered. In keeping with hubby and my prescriptions on file here, I assumed it would arrive same day but since it was under our canine companion's name it didn't. Sleepless night, I worried we'd have to pick up violating stay at home protocol, risking our health. We, although defined as elderly, don't look or feel as such but not to debate under current circumstances. Quick call to clarify. Med delivery promised either this afternoon or tomorrow. In the spirit of Ralphs' Pharmacy's under-promise over-deliver model, we just picked up meds at our concierge. We left a generous tip there, at the front desk, for Ralphs' courier, another frontline worker. As this serious plague (I know, I know, a plague by definition is bacterial but I'm taking liberties with the term because I can and it reads well!) continues, it pays to have a pharmacy team like Ralphs' to assist in stocking up on vital meds for both the immediate and long term future for both you and your pet(s) whether you pick up or take delivery. Greatest current, sleepless night fear: not having care for our special needs furbaby should we become stricken with COVID-19; we're making a plan... STAY WELL, STAY SAFE! P.S. Pup responded positively to med, her old self, for now... read more

Using this pharmacy for single care which is cheaper than CVS plus insurance. Saving money and good service!

Sucks now that they have a new company for delivery they dont deliver over the counter medications anymore

Carmen is a little bit nasty when she feels she can get away with it. I question her integrity. Sincerely not cool. However Alberto was very helpful. Maggie the assistant manager was rude treated me like I was homeless probably because I wasn't dressed to her standards. And even if I was or am homeless it should never matter. Boris just ignored me and the lady working in the produce department was upset because I ate a few almonds. Wow everyone eats while they're shopping. We taste things as we shop and buy. Everybody was doing it. I love this Ralphs but I absolutely hate, abhor and abominate some of the employees. Only the rude condescending ones. They forget about customer service and all the things that go along with working with the public. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. MAGGIE SHOULD NEVER COME TO WORK IN THE PUBLIC. SHE IS UNNECESSARY TO THE BUSINESS. IN FACT I THINK SHE RUINS THE ATMOSPHERE 100% Luis is amazing. He belongs in the customer service arena and I see why he is a boss. FRONT END MANAGER LOUIS IS GREAT. Thank God he's here. I feel safer with him working. He's a real boss. That Maggie is a disappointment. I've been shopping at Ralph's for as long as I can remember and one thing I will never do is dress up to go shopping. Neither will I tolerate disrespect and rude people that work where I spend my hard earned money. read more

This is long overdue. I have an insane health issue that thankfully is being handled out of state next week. heart related. I have gone from taking 0 drugs in my life to 9 - 2 of them did not work out. Its impossible to put into words how efficient this place runs. to start with there are like 6 individuals doing fills during the day when I have stopped by. they are all super nice, both the pharmacist and the counter staff and all super patient. I have needed to find items in the isle and they jump right around and get it for me. there is NEVER a line when I have been in and the prices are stupid good. go to goodrx.com and it will support my statement - there is no place that is less expensive and many times its been n/c via medicare and my insurance. if this were not enough there is a huge store to shop in that seemingly never runs out of anything. BEWARE: they have the largest murray's cheese selection in the world - you have been warned. excellent empty n/c parking upstairs. I am transferring over my health life to these guys, I will never go anywhere else, its that good. read more

Had a great experience! The staff especially Bryan and the staff pharmacist were very professional and patient. Beware!!! If you are prescribed narcotics/opiods, DO NOT go to the Westwood Ralphs pharmacy!!! The pharmacist pocketed my Norco!!! I get Norco every month and this month, the pharmacist put the pills in a container that was so small, I counted the pills and couldn't even fit them back into the bottle. I counted 4 times and was missing 3 pills. My doctor prescribes a specific number of pills every month, and that's all I get, so 3 pills is a big deal. I called Emily, the manager, and she wouldn't hear anything other than that her pharmacist is perfect. If the pharmacist is so perfect, why am I missing 3 pills? I am changing all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that will take responsibility for their staff. They don't care about their clients!!! They only care about themselves!!! read more

Loses a star because they are no longer 24 hours..Their actual pharmacy hours are 8am to 11:59pm daily...Horrible move to limit the hours, being they were the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area...Otherwise, they feature fast and friendly service... read more

OMG...This 'super' market, on Weyburn in LA, is fantastic! Anything you want, this place has it...all types of prepared foods, soups, salads, sushi, a wonderful bakery, wine bar, beautiful produce, and flowers galore! The store employees (and even the many security guards) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. When complimented on his beautiful store and great employees, the Store Manager, Don Jansen, was super appreciative, and promptly got on the store's intercom system and thanked his employees for the compliments he had just received. This is precisely the reason this store is so great...the Manager really cares! read more

I recently made an appointment online to get the COVID booster vaccine. When I showed up this evening for my vaccine, I was told they didn't have a record of my appointment. I don't know if there was an error on my end or their booking system, but they were so unaccommodating. There wasn't one other customer at the pharmacy, but they kept saying I couldn't get a booster shot without an appointment. I kept telling the three people behind the counter that I did have an appointment, so could they please give me the booster shot since I was there and no one else was waiting. Nope. Three employees are working at the pharmacy. Pharmacy has a booster shot. I left without receiving a booster. Truly a ridiculous experience. read more

My daughter has the flu. She is in Los Angeles, thousands of miles from home. No one to look after her - my heart was sinking. I asked our physician to prescribe Tamiflu, helpful if given early. I tried other pharmacies only to be met with coldness and indifference. Then I spoke with Donna at Ralphs. She was amazing, competent and kind. She listened, talked to the doctor - arranged the delivery. I am so grateful for this helpful person and her wonderful pharmacy. I rarely leave reviews, but Donna at Ralph's is a worthy exception. read more

The pharmacy at Ralph's Westwood is the best I have ever used. It does not occur to me to go elsewhere anymore. People like Calvin, Hien, Tom, Devon and others are always welcoming, helpful and courteous. The pleasant visit there makes buying and taking medicine less disagreeable.
