Whoa, these guys are incredible! I had a doctor's appt across the street at the medical plaza, and my doctors sent some prescriptions over to them and I walked over after to pick them up. Immediately, the tech found the orders, and helped me with coupons so my costs were super low. Meanwhile, the pharmacist processed the order in lightening speed. She must have dropped what she was doing to process my order. I've never had such a fast experience getting medications filled, especially being a new patient at this pharmacy where it's not a refill situation. The pharmacy tech in the front was super friendly and helpful, and made the whole thing a breeze. I'd love to get more of my Rx filled by them. They were a dream! read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share a positive review of my pharmacy. I've been a customer of this pharmacy for quite some time. The pharmacist is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and she takes the extra step to contact my doctor and notify me when my order is ready. Her assistant, Lori, is also wonderful--prompt and courteous. I've recommended this pharmacy to several friends, and they've all been very satisfied with the excellent service. Oh my God this is the Best pharmacy l have ever been to it's like going to your own medicine cabinet, l just went to the counter ask could l have my prescription filled as she looked @ it she called it out said we have it, l said l will wait she said it's ready ask me would l like a bag and thank you for coming the ladies their treat you like family with the VIP treatment. The best "coupon" is Norm, a pharmacist who carefully checks your prescription history and has lots of knowledge and free advice. The store carries everything one would want in a drugstore but more than that their personal service is a valuable asset in this era of impersonal," we know nothing about the product" "megastores . With all the chain pharmacies around, It is so rare these days to find a pharmacist that will actually take the time to explain the medicine you are taking, including its side effects, how to take it, and possible interactions with other medicines you might be on. Norm and the Parkside team are fabulous. Others have talked about the service and superb attitude or lack of attitude. For us the big thing is they keep track of our repeating prescriptions and deliver them before the start of the month. All hassle is eliminated on over 10 prescriptions. I still remember the personal feeling and fun time I had when young and my parents went into the pharmacy and their was the soda counter. It was personal and the Pharmacy staff was helpful and cared. Parkside Pharmacy is as close as it gets! While there is no soda counter, there are plenty of snacks available and usually something on hand that is a little different from the ordinary junk candy stuff. More importantly I like the pharmacist, Norm. He clearly takes a personal interest in my medicine situation. He explains the best way to take the medicines, what they are used for, and any special side effects I should look out for. When I have a personal question about over the counter remedies he is very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. He made one suggestion regarding a skin issue for me that has been enormously helpful. Though I go in personally for my meds, you will not be put on hold if you call in with a personal question, refill, or told to come back when you present your prescription. This pharmacist is the owner, he has been doing this for a long time and knows his stuff. He knows that having a medical issue of any sort is important to that individual person and it needs to be handled in a personal manner. Let me start by saying pharmacies are like car repair shops, you don't think about them until your car broke down. That just what happened , I needed some meds' , and this pharmacy take care of like it was mom. I know , I know , Im too old for that kind of sh*t, but when you are sick, you get kind of grouchy and irritable. The pharmacists here are super nice and knowledgable: all my questions and concerns are taken seriously . They take time to explain and give doses directions. I have a great experience. While you wait, which is not long, check out the gift items, they got some unusual , cool stuffs My nieces love the cling-on, vinyls sticker. I've had a great experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist here is VERY compassionate. My bby niece needed a medication ASAP on the weekend that only a compound pharmacy could do. Never have I heard that word. I looked online for compound pharmacies and they were the only ones open until 5pm, otherwise I would have to wait 2 days until my niece could get her medication she desperately needed, it was about 45 min. Before they closed and I called to see if the pharmacy would wait for me to get there because I really needed this medication for my baby niece, I called and explained my situation to the gal that answered my call, she then told me to speak to the owner who was the pharmacist. I told him my situation and he tried to work this out with me. I send him a picture of the prescription, he said he would have it ready but I had to be there by 5pm . We were so great full. We drove to the pharmacy, a very clean place and friendly. Got the medication,, and drove off to take it to my niece, who by the way felt better once she got her medication. I truly am thankful for the pharmacist kind heart. I recommend this pharmacy for sure. read more
