It is huge inside and has many different attractions along with trampolines. My oldest really loved the go carts and my youngest enjoyed the large climbing structure. There is definitely something for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. The birthday party was ran efficiently by a member of the staff and was very helpful. The pizza was not bad and the kids all enjoyed getting icees to drink. My kids definitely loved it here and we would highly recommend. For a weekend, it was not too busy and was a good time.

They've recently changed around a few things, which is good. We've also done a party for my son's birthday here two years in a row and they were both a great experience. They have booking availability online, where you pick date/time along with the package you're wanting based on the number of kids attending. We usually just pick the lowest one, which is 10 kids, to reserve the time, and then as the party gets closer, they reach out asking for a count of how many kids are coming & if you want to increase the # of pizzas and/or drinks. They're super accommodating if you let them know of any additions the day of the party as well. Before your party begins, someone comes to set up and they help you throughout, including giving out pizza and cake to the kids. Overall, a good time! If you're going regularly, the monthly pass is definitely worth it. They have tables and WiFi capability while you're watching your kids play.

Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. At our last visit the young woman at the register was very nice and she was such a hard worker, keeping the entire area clean. Kudos to her dedication!

It was pretty easy to put together after the workers dug the hole perfectly as shown in the instructions. The owner, Tyler even helped me troubleshoot a few things and issues I had via text. Would definitely recommend. It's an AWESOME trampoline, my kids have spent hours on it each day they're able to.

I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.
