The owner is unnecessarily rude. I will willingly drive out of my way to a competitor in order to avoid giving this business my money.

Luxe Redux Bridal - I said YES TO THE DRESS at Luxe Redux Bridal-Indianapolis

I found my wedding dress at Luxe Redux in Indianapolis on 02/01/2026!…read more My stylist was Shay, and she did a fantastic job! Me, my mom, and mother in laws were so impressed with her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism. She joked around with us and asked questions about me, my fiancé, and our big day. She made me feel comfortable with the process, and didn't make me feel wrong when I spoke my mind about how I felt in certain dresses. She honored my wishes to try on a couple "wild card" dresses but ultimately she could tell what I gravitated toward and didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't willing to try. She even cried with us as we tried the veil and I said yes to the dress! It is clear that the Luxe Redux stylists are good at what they do, and enjoy/love doing it. The store is smaller, with only enough space for about 3 parties at a time, and sells ONLY wedding dresses - these are two details that me and my entourage were very happy with. This made it feel more intimate, less pressuring, and like we didn't have to combat crowds of other people. They have a very impressive selection of dresses, so many different styles at very decent price points. They quite literally have a dress for every type of bride. We were able to purchase a dress and veil at a price point that would maybe only get you a dress at other stores. Since they sell sample dresses, we were able to take my dress and veil home which greatly eases my worries, and is a good option for brides with a tight time frame for purchasing a dress before their wedding. They do also have other accessories, like hair pieces, jewelry, belts, etc, but we were pressured into any extra upsells for these items. I am overall so pleased with my experience, and am so happy to be a Luxe Redux bride! Would highly recommend Luxe Redux for any brides who want a comfortable and memorable experience!

I worked with the wonderful Mary Grace, and let me tell you, she is amazing!!! She initially went off my inspiration photos and then tailored her selections for me based off my feedback and body language. I was surprised to see what I eventually gravitated towards. With her I figure out I liked modern elegant shapes that complimented my body, and omg were her selections serving body! (I've included photos of the runner up dress.) She was so sweet and patient and even wanted to see pics of the dress I eventually chose. It was a very low pressure environment and I genuinely felt like Mary Grace just wanted me to find THE dress I wanted regardless of where I bought it.

Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! Alyce was my stylist and a fellow bride herself and we bonded over wedding planning things. Anna made sure to stop in and say hello as well since she wasn't my stylist that day which was so kind! I was able to find my whole bridal look here while staying under budget!

We scheduled a fitting a week in advance, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. They quickly sized me, and then showed me the racks to browse. Traditionally, you can snag about six dresses for a one-hour fitting appointment. It was nice to be able to try that many on. They have cute bridal robes for you to put on while a staff member helps you slip into the gowns and clips them to fit you. I was surprised to find that most of the dresses I tried on fit almost perfectly. There was a fun variety and no one in the shop was super pushy. They truly seemed to enjoy what they do and listened to all of my input. They also have a great veil and beaded ribbon/belt section.

Leila was recommended to me by a mutual friend, and the custom outfit she made for me for 2019's Diner en Blanc Indianapolis event (pictured) was fabulous! As it was my first time having anything custom designed for me -- not even my wedding dress was custom! -- I wasn't sure how the process would go or what look I even wanted. Throughout our multiple sessions, from brainstorming to mockup to final piece, Leila often could tell by my body language if something about our work-in-progress just wasn't 100% right yet and would work with me until it met my (and her) expectations. She's great at communication and was eager to help me understand different fabrics, how they feel and how much they cost so I could get an outfit within my price range. She also listened to my wishlist and made the outfit in 2 pieces so I could get more mileage out of it later. Because my custom outfit experience was great, I also ran to Leila with a bridesmaid dress alterations job only a few weeks before I needed to leave for my friend's wedding in Cancun. She made time for it, and the off-the-rack dress ended up fitting perfectly!

I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, fully aware that time would be limited, but I was still welcomed warmly and treated with respect from the moment I walked in. I was especially impressed by their selection of plus-size formal gowns--it's not always easy to find such a variety, and I truly felt excited and confident browsing. With the help of a great consultant, I was able to find the perfect dress quickly and was out the door with just minutes to spare. The efficiency and kindness I experienced really stood out. The only downside for me was the tipping prompt at checkout. While I absolutely appreciate good service, I found the suggested tip percentages a bit excessive--especially considering the already significant cost of a formal gown. Tipping in a retail setting like this feels out of place, and I think a more modest or optional approach would better match the experience. That said, my overall experience was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend Sophia's to anyone looking for formalwear--especially if you're looking for inclusive sizing and attentive service.

She was very kind and promised change; I am optimistic for the future of her businesses. Thank you for reaching out and for assuring that things can only get better from here! Original: Let me start by saying I have my dress, but this has been the absolute worst part of my wedding planning process. I said yes to my dress here during a trunk show (that I had no idea was occurring). I ordered it in January and was told that, since it was a custom, that it would take 6 months and should arrive in June. June came and went and it was absolutely radio silent. Once it hit the middle of July I began calling once a week to try to get any information. I kept getting told that only the manager had access to shipping and that they would leave my number on her desk so she could contact me- that contact with her never came. I kept calling once a week through to the last week of August when my dress finally arrived. I was so excited and found out I had to make an appointment to come pick up my dress- no try on, no learn how to bustel, or anything. (As a FIRST TIME & NEW bride, I had no idea that bustling was something you learned at seamstresses/alterations). I then got a call a few days later saying that my dress was not up to their quality, that something was wrong, and that they were getting it express remaid and mailed back. I was heartbroken and I had to beg to let them let me see my dress. I had even asked twice over the phone if I could at least try it on since I had NO IDEA what my dress would look like on me. When I went to try it on, the girl tried to tell me that she didn't want me to try it on because it was not up to their standards and I had to keep asking and tell her that I was told over the phone that I could try it on. Against my better judgement, I purchased a veil that day because it fit my dress perfectly and I did not want to fight with trying to find another one. I did not want to give this place any more money. Both the dress and the veil came in October 3rd. As a 'sorry' for the lack of communication, extreme delay in receiving my dress, receiving it in not-perfect condition, and then having to reorder it, they gave me a pair of earrings. I have my wedding jewelry, the sorry was not acceptable and I do not want to represent this business in that way. As a first time bride, I kept asking questions that I thought were pretty typical when ordering a wedding dress for the first time in your life and received answers that were brushed off like common knowledge for everyone. How long do typical bridal alterations take? 'Oh, no more that 2 weeks.' Can I come try it on and can you teach me how to bustel? 'When you go get it altered, they teach you how to do that?' Do you have any idea when my dress could arrive? 'No, only the manager has access to that information.' This wedding studio seems to only be interested in the buy and not interested in making sure they keep customers coming back/spreading positive news about their shop. I tried to keep my mind in the headspace that the timing of the dress getting to me is not their fault, it is totally in the hands of the designer (Colby John Bridal, by the way), but the way this shop went around their lack of/miscommunications was horrendous. I'm so glad to have my dress and put this mess behind me.
