I found my wedding dress at Luxe Redux in Indianapolis on 02/01/2026! My stylist was Shay, and she did a fantastic job! Me, my mom, and mother in laws were so impressed with her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism. She joked around with us and asked questions about me, my fiancé, and our big day. She made me feel comfortable with the process, and didn't make me feel wrong when I spoke my mind about how I felt in certain dresses. She honored my wishes to try on a couple "wild card" dresses but ultimately she could tell what I gravitated toward and didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't willing to try. She even cried with us as we tried the veil and I said yes to the dress! It is clear that the Luxe Redux stylists are good at what they do, and enjoy/love doing it. The store is smaller, with only enough space for about 3 parties at a time, and sells ONLY wedding dresses - these are two details that me and my entourage were very happy with. This made it feel more intimate, less pressuring, and like we didn't have to combat crowds of other people. They have a very impressive selection of dresses, so many different styles at very decent price points. They quite literally have a dress for every type of bride. We were able to purchase a dress and veil at a price point that would maybe only get you a dress at other stores. Since they sell sample dresses, we were able to take my dress and veil home which greatly eases my worries, and is a good option for brides with a tight time frame for purchasing a dress before their wedding. They do also have other accessories, like hair pieces, jewelry, belts, etc, but we were pressured into any extra upsells for these items. She initially went off my inspiration photos and then tailored her selections for me based off my feedback and body language. I was surprised to see what I eventually gravitated towards. Said yes to the dress here! Such a gem, with kind and patient staff. I asked for a wide variety of dresses to try on, because I didn't have a "vision" or style that I gravitated towards. I tried on at least 10 different dresses with family and friends (it's a smaller space so I believe their max occupancy of people accompanying you is 3 or 4, so keep that in mind! I would double check). You can buy these gowns off of the rack without having to wait, and usually they are at a discounted price. I found that I didn't need many alterations since they did such a great job collecting pieces that would fit well, which was a big win! Helps to keep our wedding budget relatively low. read more

This was the first place that I went wedding dress shopping. They are the only place also that had a cancellation fee, but I didn't mind that as I understand the place only has 2 try on areas and filling last minute cancellations are hard. This place does not sell dresses based on sample, but rather they are selling the dresses off the rack. Before I had my appointment, Luxe Redux texted me and asked for pictures of what I had in mind. I sent pictures off of the pinterest board, and my stylist was able to look at them before I came in. My stylist was Lorelei- she was kind, excited, and definitely got my vision. The first dress I tried on was the one that ended up being my favorite- I have heard of this happening many times. Right after that she had me try on one that was completely different. We tried on a range of silhouettes, fabrics, and formalities before settling in on my style and what I felt and looked best in. While I did not end up getting my dress here, Lorelei and the dresses I tried on here were instrumental in being able to articulate what I wanted in my other appointments. After my appointment, Lorelei reached back out via text and email with the details of my favorite dresses, as well as searched the inventory of their other locations and sent me other dresses that were similar to the ones that I had liked from my appointment. We had an appointment in the Indianapolis store for our daughter. She had found the dress elsewhere that morning. My wife had cancelled the appt and the employee at Indianapolis told us no worries with cancelling, cancellation fee and told the congratulations on finding a dress. Today I saw the store charged 150$ for cancelling. I called the corporate number and spoke with Monica. I was disappointed the company will not refund the cancelation fee on such a joyful time. Hands down the best bridal shop in Indy! And I said YES to the dress here. I had been shopping for my dress for the last three weeks and had been to 4 other shops before my appointment at Luxe Redux. After 4 stores, I felt like every dress was the same iteration of the next. And each time something was missing. Luxe Redux is different! Since they source their dresses from all over, the dresses here are SO unique and different from the same old you'd find at other stores around Indy. Lexi was SO kind, attentive, and down to Earth. She absolutely nailed my style and made sure I was in charge or what was happening. I can't recommend LUXEredux Bridal enough. For any brides looking for a beautiful designer gown without the hefty designer price, this is the place to look. The dresses come from all over the place: some have been worn before, some are sample sizes from designer salons throughout the country. There are now four different LUXE salons that share the same inventory; you're encouraged to browse through the listings online and then you can request for a specific dress to be shipped to your salon for you to try on. My visit was back in January, so I'll do my best to recall my favorite moments as accurately as possible. My wedding was in July, so now I have no problem uploading pictures. We were the only party in during my appointment, so having that privacy was amazing. The staff there (two women both named Jessica) were so incredibly helpful, bubbly and kind. I had a pretty tight budget that limited what I allowed myself to try on. There came a point where I considered upping my price range so that I didn't have to feel like settling. Then BOOM-- Jessica brings out this amazing gown that had just arrived (wasn't even on the floor yet!). It perfectly fit me and my original budget. After trying it on and showing my bride tribe, the Jessicas shooed me back into the fitting room. One Jessica placed a veil on my head and a bouquet in my hands, while the other set up a "runway" outside. I wasn't allowed to look at myself in the mirror until I was placed at the beginning of the runway and was told to picture myself on my wedding day, approaching the love of my life. Uh, cue all the tears. This was the moment I remembered when the rest of wedding planning got so stressful. The experience we had at LUXEredux Bridal was straight out of TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress." In my opinion I'd rather not purchase a used dress for three reasons: 1. Integrity of the dress already compromised by the alterations of previous owner 2. Still a very expensive purchase and dresses may be slightly outdated 3. You really have to inspect, inspect inspect while in the store. And you have to trust what a salesperson says you can or cannot 'fix'. I will say that this shop is very clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. Some dresses haven't been worn by a bride before. I think they get samples from dress makers. It could be a potentially great place for accessories, however the belt I grew attached to was over $200. I wasn't a big fan of handing over my credit card number to hold my appointment but after arriving I realized the reason why is there's only one bridal party admitted at a time. It is very intimate and I appreciate that very much! The follow up calls have been annoying. If wanted something I would have returned to get it. Instead I have to listen to voicemails that have no value to me. It was almost as bad as a used car salesman. Please stop the high pressure on clients... it's their wedding day and shouldn't be pressured into a dress they will resent. Overall, a good experience but I think the overall product offered wasn't fitting my needs. read more

Like others have mentioned, I didn't like that I had to give my credit card info to reserve my spot and risk getting charged $50 if I cancelled, BUT I do understand why now. You are essentially the sole focus of your stylist and they are there specifically to help YOU. Lexi was my stylist and she was absolutely fantastic. My mother was sick the day of and I had only been planning to bring her with me, so I was alone. Lexi made me feel comfortable with giving her feedback on the dresses she pulled and I felt as though she was really listening to my needs. She was respectful of my budget and did pull one dress that was out of my budget, but only after me telling her I was flexible and her asking me if I'd like to see it. I found a dress I really liked but was unsure of and I did have one more appointment elsewhere the day of. She told me I could come back later that day if I'd like and gave me the time she would be available. I ended up falling in love with a dress at the next place I went and called and informed them I would not be coming to pick it up. Don't let the name of the store scare you! The wedding dresses and customer service at the LUXredux Bridal is amazing! LUXredux's dresses are "off the rack," which means the dresses are ready-to-wear and are designer sample dresses. The good part of being off the rack is that if you buy a dress here, you walk out of the store with your dress that day. Also, it's cheaper than buying an off the rack dress than buying the dress brand new. The bad part is that you can't return the dress once you buy it, but that's how pretty much any wedding dress shop is. Also, the size you see is what you get. They do have a range of dress sizes here, but they don't have the ability to order a dress in a smaller size if you need a smaller size. It will just have to be altered to be smaller. The store is laid out really nicely. It's easy to look through the dresses and pick out the dresses you want to try on. Most of the wedding dresses are under $2,000. They do have some above that price point, but those are segregated out on a different rack, so they are easy to avoid. To try on dresses at LUXredux Bridal, schedule an appointment by calling or schedule it online. They require a credit card to be put on file when you reserve your appointment. If you cancel you're appointment (within I believe 24 hours), they will charge your $50. But I think that is fair, as they have scheduled a staff member to be dedicated to you for about 2 hours. Finding my wedding dress was something that I was honestly dreading. I expected a long, drawn out process that would cost a ton of money. I bought a cheap dress at the first place I went to because I just wanted it to be over. But I knew that I wasn't happy with it and I deserved better. I basically had the whole place to myself, and Savannah was an amazing person to have help me through the experience. I think I tried on 12 different dresses, a few of them multiple times, and she never batted an eye. She was so quick and efficient about getting me in and out of each one so I could try as many as possible. She understood what I was looking for but encouraged me to try things outside of my comfort zone. She kept my budget in mind the whole time, but first and foremost considered what style made me glow even when I couldn't recognize it right away. I left with a dress that literally made me gasp when I slipped into it. My mom and I had that tears-in-our-eyes moment that I never expected to have and I'll remember forever.
