While the exterior paint and coating looked great, everything else fell short. My rims were still dirty, the interior wasn't cleaned, and there were smudges still on the windshield. The middle console still had coffee stains and wasn't even vacuumed. The exhaust tips were still dirty, untouched and covered in dust. My wife's makeup smudges on the passenger visor were still there -- I ended up wiping them off myself. The rearview mirror was still dirty. Exhaust tips still covered in dirt and grime. Carpet is still dirty with a mild mess that could've been mildly scrubbed, vacuumed and removed. These are basic detail items -- and the list goes on and on! When I brought up the issues, I was told the interior was "free anyway." That is simply not true. We negotiated $800 at the door for everything -- nothing was free. If the interior wasn't included, I absolutely would have gone somewhere else. They also removed items from my car and lost them -- including a cable I rely on due to a disability. Yes, they acknowledged it when I pointed it out, but accountability after the fact doesn't fix my missing items, and I don't have time to chase them down. I've been getting my cars professionally detailed for 15+ years, and I have never experienced this level of carelessness, excuses, or disregard for personal property. Even though the ceramic coating and exterior came out nicely, everything else was underwhelming, frustrating, and not worth the money. I do not recommend SOS Detail -- and I left feeling cheated out of my time, my money, and my belongings. I was sold on excellence but given below average results. Go anywhere but here.

I made an appointment and met with Kris to talk options and timing. Kris was fabulous. This remarkably was a different experience for me because there were no attempts at upselling, add-ons, or biases present. Kris asked questions that identified what would work best for me, offered options, and the entire time was thoughtful. I can count on one hand how many car-related businesses have treated me with as much consideration and respect that Kris did. Typically I am dismissed, disregarded, or talked down to when dealing with car-related businesses from auto part shops to car mechanics. This was a stellar experience for me. Go to Bespoke for transparent pricing, expert care, and the best results! Now my car is very comfortable in the summer, I feel better because my skin is not baking, and it has lasted! I also feel safer! I have light sensitivity and I used to only be able to glance quickly out the passenger windows when merging if there were any cars that reflected the sun, but with the tinting I can carefully and completely assess and see my surroundings. And during the night it equally is great because I can quickly see headlights separated from surrounding ambiant light like building lights and street lights. They installed a BDS lift kit on my Ram 2500, and 8 months later I experienced a serious steering…read moreissue that nearly caused me to lose control of the truck. When I brought the vehicle back, I was informed that hardware was missing from the installation and that additional parts would need to be replaced. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking ownership or providing clear evidence of what had happened, I was told the issue was likely caused by another shop performing a re-torque, despite no documentation or proof being provided to support that claim. I requested photos, documentation, and an explanation of why certain components needed to be replaced. The biggest frustration was the warranty support. The installation was still within HKP's one-year workmanship warranty, yet I was told the repairs would not be covered. Rather than helping me work through the warranty process, I was left to handle everything myself. I contacted BDS directly, and their technical support questioned whether replacing the entire OEM track bar was even necessary. They requested photos and documentation from the shop to evaluate the situation. HKP did not work with BDS to facilitate the warranty process or help obtain the replacement parts. Instead, I had to personally communicate with BDS, gather the required information, and coordinate the warranty claim on my own. In the end, BDS honored their warranty and provided the replacement parts, which I greatly appreciate. When customers pay a professional shop to install aftermarket suspension components, they should expect support if something goes wrong, especially when the installation is still within the shop's workmanship warranty. Having to manage the manufacturer's warranty myself after experiencing a serious safety-related issue was both frustrating and disappointing. To HKP's credit, they did communicate with me during parts of the repair process. However, when it comes to suspension work and vehicle safety, I expected much better accountability and customer support. I ultimately paid to get my truck back on the road, but the overall experience left me disappointed. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone having suspension work done request detailed before-and-after photos, torque records, and written documentation of any repairs or recommendations. Hopefully HKP improves both its communication and warranty support so future customers don't have to go through the same experience.
