Whereas if you move in on their desired date (even if the house is empty) you can pay instantly online. Keep in mind, you don't know that there are multiple approved applicants. So as you're getting ready to go to the bank to get your check, someone can pay online and you lose your rental opportunity, that credit pull, and application fee. DECEPTIVE. horrible and unfair.
