It is almost 90 degrees outside so we are very uncomfortable. The one conversation we had, we were told it was not an emergency because we didn't have a baby. Our entire experience with the company has been poor. Their lease is ridiculous and borderline egregious, as are most places so that we could get past. But that coupled with terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE, service makes it just not worth it. If you have any other options I highly recommend going with a different company. Tenants who pay their rent on-time and never have any issues should be able to get their AC fixed asap. Very dissapointed.

When you ask what other quotes they received, nothing. They are obviously bilking the residents and getting rebates/kickbacks from their vendors with their inflated charges. They happily send out weed notices/threats/fines but when you question the public areas inside the community they are responsible for they do nothing. They need to be fired and get a reputable honest company to manage our community.
