I am extremely happy with the customer service and attention to detail that this company offered, when 12 of my company's employees needed to be relocated, all in separate cities, for three months. They were assigned to locations in areas that were not that populated, and I figured these employees would end up in temporary apartments that wouldn't exactly be described as "great." communities. Boy, was I wrong. Every one of the employees were extremely happy - if not impressed - with their accommodations. As the person who was responsible for finding a corporate relocation company, I can't adequately describe how efficient and seamless the process was...I told them what we needed, they took the information from me and each relocating employee, and they took care of the paperwork, the leases, the apartment searches, and every other detail -- even finding a place for an employee whose cat needed to be temporarily relocated with one of our managers. I have worked with a lot of employee relocation companies over the years, but I never received the detailed attention and competency that this company exhibited. This company is run by incompetents. They will place an unsuspecting client in harms way in a location just for the revenue. They do not care if they have been told there is a potentially harmful and dangerous person living in the area. They are after one thing the "almighty" dollar. New laws are protecting leasers and renters from landlords and management companies that do not protect the occupants. Large settlements are being levied against them for knowingly letting people be harassed, threatened and stalked by other residents. I hope that justice will lead and put these people behind bars especially the ones that are directly responsible for making good, honest and law abiding citizens live in miserable conditions because a neighbor is drunk, has a history of aggression and arrested for assault and battery, racist remarks, and suspicion of solicitation. I hope they are proud that they have backed someone of such low moral standards to achieve the bottom line... the dollar. read more

I came across Relocation Realty's website and liked how they presented themselves. Companies don't always line up with how they present themselves online, so I went in to speak with them in person. From personal experience, I can say that they DO match their online impression. They are professional, personable, and efficient. I typically do not write reviews but I really am impressed with how Relocation Realty handled my move. I'm a single mother of three and, as you can imagine, I have very little time to spare. I was nervous about buying a new home because I was afraid my lack of free-time would result in a really long, difficult buying process. That thankfully was not the case. He wasted no time when it came to explaining things to me and immediately got to searching for a home that would fit what I was looking for. Hands down, the easiest sale I've experienced. I was originally working with another company to sell my house. The agent was terribly unprofessional and was always impossible to get on the phone, let alone make an appointment with. My wife and I were frustrated beyond explanation and finally decided to just drop him. On my way home from work one day, I saw a van that had Relocation Realty's logo on it and figured we had nothing to lose, so we might as well give another company a try. When looking at homes, he provided helpful information and advice and quickly understood what our needs were early on. Relocation Realty helped me so much. I saw a listing they posted a few weeks ago and I knew I wanted to rent it. I called that day and was greeted very kindly. When transferred over to the agent, I had to leave a voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him so soon that same day, as it is usually a challenge to hear back from companies nowadays. He set up a time for me to view the unit, explained every step of the process, allowed me time to look over the contract to make sure that I understood exactly what I was signing and really took the whole process seriously.
