Tim Hardeman and I got connected when I was getting ready to sell my house in Atlanta. Tim is really great - I first reached out to him because he was the listing agent on a house I was interested in looking at. Even though I eventually decided not to go look at the house, Tim was extremely helpful. He sent me some videos to watch on first time home purchases & was always available for any questions I had. At the time, I actually was working with another realtor, but Tim was always reaching out to make sure the process was going smoothly, asking if he could help find us better or different houses to look at, and making sure that if I had any questions or couldn't get in touch with my realtor that he was there to help. Tim helped me look for investment properties in the North Fulton area. I no longer reside in Georgia, and Tim was willing to preview multiple properties for me while searching for the best deals. We found, what I thought, was a great opportunity. I was out of town (living in Birmingham, AL) and was unable to preview the property myself.
