Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

She reached out to my husband after he inquired about a house on Zillow, and we are so thankful she did! We viewed several properties via her website and was able to favorite ones we liked. From there, we just reached out to Tanya to view a few of the properties. She asked ALL of the appropriate questions when we looked at new builds ....questions that my husband and I had no clue to even ask had she not been present. It was evident at that time that she knew what she was talking about. Any time we wanted to view another house, she willingly scheduled a time with us. In addition, she thoroughly explained the home buying process to us and explained terms we did not understand. She was also readily available via phone when we reached out to her! I'm huge on good customer service, and Tanya gives you more than that. She recommended her lender who gave us a better offer than the lenders we reached out to! Tanya helped us find THE perfect home! We closed a few days ago and are thrilled. Our experience as first time homeowners was smooth, and we have our wonderful realtor to thank for that. Seriously, CHOOSE TANYA! You'll love her!

After describing to her what we were looking for in a home, she began to send us properties that matched exactly those descriptions we gave her. One of the great qualities of Tanya Jones is that she LISTENS! She's honest and does not rush you into making the sale. My wife and I were blown away from the expertise and knowledge that Tanya showed when we went on our first property viewing with her. She asked the listing agent of the property questions that we would not have known to ask in the first place! When my wife and I found our home, she did a great job with negotiating with the seller and got us a fantastic deal with closing costs! Tanya even recommended to us a lender that gave us a better loan than the lender we were originally planning to use! With that being said, Tanya is a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry. There are many realtors in the Atlanta area. However, there are few real estate agents that have her level of knowledge/expertise. Also, Tanya has relationships with other sources that will benefit you. Definitely choose Tanya Jones as your real estate agent!

We had a very good experience. As one reviewer mentioned, they literally have everything you could need connections wise to help you throughout the process. Don't have a lender? No problem, they can make great recommendations. Don't have an inspector? No problem, they can recommend one. The process of buying a home especially the time we did, the market was extremely competitive. Homes were easily having at least 10 offers at a time, so how can you stand out. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search. We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer. Their office is really cute as well :). We were able to close on a house within about a 2 month time frame from when we initially had our first meeting and started looking at homes.

She gave us sound advice and guided us not only through the listing process but also guided us in what direction we should go with renovations to prepare our home for sale. The photos and 3D floorplan they did for our home were the best in the market. Truly. Connie was extremely patient and responsive to our many questions over the four-month period we worked with her. (It didn't take that long to sell the house, we had many weeks of renovations included in that time frame) Once the house was on the market, Connie sold our home within two months of listing-and that was during the height of COVID AND our home was very unique and difficult to find comps! Truly astounding work on Connie's part. We were thoroughly impressed. I promise you that if you want to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, Connie is the one to work with. She is a MASTER at her craft and you couldn't ask for a more warm-hearted, hardworking realtor to be on your team. P.S. We mostly worked with Connie Carlson, but Dan was fantastic too!

She has a lot of great reviews, and I do not mean to detract from that. I wish her the best, but at the same time, I thought that, in all fairness, I need to tell of my experience. My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job. Perhaps she has an assistant or two at her disposal, but I'm skeptical that she would be able to provide the attention that I would have needed. Others who had a good experience with her - good for you. I decided to go a different way.

Every single time I felt the stress bubbling up, one phone call to Leah would calm my nerves and remind me that there was nothing to worry about because we were in the best possible hands. From our first showing to closing day and beyond, it was obvious that in addition to her extensive expertise, Leah is genuinely passionate about helping her clients enjoy a smooth and successful home-buying experience. I love how communicative and efficient Leah is. I never had to wonder what was going on because she always kept us in the loop and gave excellent advice throughout the whole process. She has a strong network of reliable contacts for anything you might need from inspectors to movers and everything in between. When logistical issues prevented us from physically making it to the closing on time, Leah jumped in and served as our surrogate by doing a video final walk-through for us and collecting the keys. She then met us at the house with a sweet arrangement of thoughtful gifts and a few essentials that came in very handy after a long day of traveling. Buying a home anywhere is a very stressful process. Buying a home hundreds of miles away from your hometown while trying to sell your current home and juggling the endless logistical challenges of a cross-state move makes regular home-buying stress seem like child's play. The most valuable lesson I learned in this whole process is that you should choose your realtor as carefully as you choose your future home because that one choice can play a huge role in whether your dream home becomes a reality or devolves into more of a nightmare. As I write this review sitting comfortably in my beautiful new home that likely would have slipped through my fingers had I chosen any other agent, I can assure you that Leah Akiki is the dream maker you need in your corner. There is no better real estate professional and nobody else I would ever consider using for my future real estate needs.
