No problem, they can make great recommendations. Don't have an inspector? No problem, they can recommend one. The process of buying a home especially the time we did, the market was extremely competitive. Homes were easily having at least 10 offers at a time, so how can you stand out. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search. We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer. Their office is really cute as well :). We were able to close on a house within about a 2 month time frame from when we initially had our first meeting and started looking at homes.

I can't even say how many places we looked at, there were so many. Ann Marie, who took the time to get to know me, had no problem telling me what was wrong with a property as much as the positives. In fact, there was a town house that I really liked and she talked me out of buying it. She said, "I will not let you buy this place!". She explained why I would eventually hate the town house, and she was right. What real estate agent does that?!?!?! Ann Marie does. Eventually we found what would be my home in Alpharetta, and getting it was an emotional rollercoaster. Ann Marie did such a great job keeping me from going crazy. Ann Marie is a great real estate agent and, more important, a really great person. If you're buying or selling, you'd be a fool to not to call her. You won't regret it!!!

I can say, with 100% certainty, that hiring Katie and her team as "our friends in real estate" was…read moreeasily one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. My husband and I recently relocated to Georgia from Florida and were ready to purchase our first home - yep in this market. I reached out to Katie to put some feelers out as I did with a few other agents in the area. After one conversation with Katie I canceled all my other calls with other agents. Katie put my husband and I at ease about our reluctance to even pursue a home at this time considering how crazy the market was. She paired us up with Tori, and mentioned she thought Tori would be a great match. Katie was right. Tori is an absolute rockstar and was a dream to work with. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so supportive. She gave us such great advice and was always able (and willing) to answer all of our questions - which there were plenty. Tori never pushed us to make decisions and was so sweet and compassionate the entire time. We had quite an exhausting search, and I was emotionally on a roller coaster for several months. Every single time I was feeling really low, Tori had some sort of spidey-sense and would call me and make me feel so much better. Despite how relieved I was to have finally have one of our offers accepted, I would be lying if I said there was a big part of me that was not sad when it ended. So while I can say Tori was absolutely successful in equipping us with the tools we needed to secure our first home, I am more bummed I don't get to see her and chat on a regular basis anymore. Tori played such an instrumental role in our lives the last few months and we will be indebted to her for as long as we can remember. I truly cannot speak any more highly of Katie and her entire team. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else to buy or sell your home. We are actually looking forward to all of our future real estate endeavors because we get to work with our new friends again. When Katie says her and her team will be "your friends in real estate" she really does mean it and absolutely delivers. Fantastic at what they do and so sweet, knowledgeable, and compassionate the entire way. Truly just a team of really fantastic humans. I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have found Katie and her team and to have had the opportunity to work with them. I can assure you, Katie's team will not disappoint. Don't sign a brokerage agreement with anyone else!

BEWARE: Extremely Unprofessional Agent!!!…read more We are first time home buyers, and literally had this special experience ruined for us. She took away the joy and excitement of buying our first home. We were scheduled to do our final walkthrough the day before our closing. Cathy picked the time and date, which meant that we moved our schedule around and missed my grandmother's birthday dinner to make this appointment, while traveling over an hour from where we lived. Our agent even messaged her hours before the schedule appointment which she couldn't be bothered to respond to. We showed up (on time) and she is no where to be found. We tried calling her multiple times. Our agent also tried calling her and she was unresponsive. Finally after almost 30 minutes, she picks up the call and instead of trying to hear anything I had to say, she abruptly tries to defend why she wasn't there. She was under the impression that we were different people and looking at a different property. Again, not taking any accountability that she in the wrong for missing a scheduled appointment. Instead she was too busy trying to defend why it's okay that she was not there. When she finally arrives to the property, she refused to make eye contact with us and remained extremely unprofessional. She even made it to clear to us that "she was doing us a favor and that she didn't need to let us in." Again, she agreed to letting us in (days in advance) and decided on the date and time. We honored her schedule and yet she made us feel extremely small, insignificant and not worth her time. I literally cried on our hour long drive home because I was so upset that a "professional" who claims her motto is "treat others the way you want to be treated," treated us like complete and worthless shit. She spoke down to us as if we were children and her husband just stood there and watched as she carried herself in an unethical and unprofessional manner. I will never ever forget how she ruined this special moment for us. We couldn't even celebrate closing on our home because her negativity, lack of organization and cruelty had me distraught. She made us feel like a pure transaction and thinks that she is some big fish in such a tiny pond. I would never recommend this agent to anyone. Stay away, she is aggressive and unkind.

She's aggressive and the pictures of the house were professional. A little too filtered in retrospect. There were 20+ viewings during the time she had the listing. That was the good. The issues we had were numerous however. There was poor communication throughout. We found out important factors after the fact, there were discrepancies in what she originally said and then it was changed to be more beneficial to whatever point she wanted to make. After 15 days she said on a joint call with us that we should reduce the price by $10K and from there it deteriorated quickly. Later she said she didn't say that. My honest opinion is she relies on the fact that she's done it for x amount of years and her way. She didn't use a system to alert for showings such as the app showing time which would have been very helpful. She tried to strong arm her thoughts and beliefs onto the client and the most difficult thing was to constantly hear that we were very important but we were asked to have this or that piece of info, paperwork etc done by this specific time because she had a client or showing or some other thing going on. Bottom line; we felt we weren't important, we were misled or pressured and her personality didn't work for us. Upon the termination of the listing, we found a different realtor who had the house under contract and within $2K of ask price in the same time frame.
