I won't go into details. I will say that rental properties do require repairs. They are slow to respond and there were instances where I had to get my own crews to do the repairs because they either took too long to remedy the issue or didn't fully address the issue which cost me additional money. On two occasions, I've also had to reach out and inquire about monthly payments due because of the long time that they take to pay out.

She gave us sound advice and guided us not only through the listing process but also guided us in what direction we should go with renovations to prepare our home for sale. The photos and 3D floorplan they did for our home were the best in the market. Truly. Connie was extremely patient and responsive to our many questions over the four-month period we worked with her. (It didn't take that long to sell the house, we had many weeks of renovations included in that time frame) Once the house was on the market, Connie sold our home within two months of listing-and that was during the height of COVID AND our home was very unique and difficult to find comps!
