I recently bought a vehicle through this dealership and found out that they were very deceptive in their sales practice. I was told it was being financed through my credit union only to find out later it was not. Wouldn't be a big deal except that ,y interest rate is 3% higher, this was not brought to my attention. When I called to inquire I was told it was because of discounts offered and all i had to do was refinance. Tried to refinance and was told that with only 3000 miles on the vehicle I am already $7000 upside down on the loan. Will not buy from this place again. read more

Oh my goodness! What an awesome experience my husband and I had at Len Lyall. Here is our story. We went to replace his 2007 Chrysler 300. We were immediately greeted by a friendly, enthusiastic sales person, whose name is Christian. He guided us step by step, from looking, to the closing of the deal. Christian is very experienced and knowledgeable. We had lots of questions, and he had answers. He fought for us to get the best deal possible. When we arrived, my trust factor was 65%. Afrer we left, I was at 100%. After the sale, Christian set up all the features, and personally showed us how to use each and every one. Great job Christian and Len Lyall! Thank you for an awesome buying experience!!! We love our Buick LaCrosse! #happycustomers Verdale and Sherry Goins read more

I had a wonderful experience leasing a new car. Rodney Paxton was professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

As soon as I walked there a worker name Nero asked me questions and after 5 minutes he said I didn't qualify to buy a car. He didn't even took me inside to check my credit score or something. I noticed this dealership was trash with the poor customer service. I went to a different dealership and I was able to buy a car the same day. I don't recommend this place at all but if you go there waste your time with Nero. read more

Came to Len Lyall because my neighbor works there and I have to say the people there are awesome!! Scott was the one helping us out and he absolutely did an amazing job. The process was a little time consuming but he made our wait feel like less. He even gave us some of his own snacks!!! will definitely come back for more services. read more

My boyfriend took his car in early morning with a check engine/Stabilitrak warning light on, electrical issues, loss of power during acceleration, as well as for a simple oil change and tire balance. They had the vehicle all day and did neither the oil change or the tire balance and said that the cause of the other issues was that the roters needed to be cleaned. Bull. They did absolutely NOTHING for 10 hours and he missed several hours of work for NOTHING. Absolutely horrible. Zero stars! read more

Went in to get some general maintenance done and my headlights fixed and was impressed with the polite and fair service. Alex was very respectful and helpful. Overall satisfied with everything, will probably return there for future work that will be needed on my car. read more

This is by far the best place to buy a car! I had a 92 explorer that broke down and I was in need of a vehicle and just so happened to stop in with my pops to check out a jetta and ended up with my gorgeous 08 Malibu! We got on the lot and werent approached (we had to approach them) which in my eyes is nice..they gave us a chance to get comfortable then we went in about the jetta and found mike lang...mike checked on it for us and based off credit said we could get into something better..he showed me a kia and I was eh then walked us to the malibu and I fell in love! He worked his tail off and got us approved while making sure we were comfortable during the wait...offering water and snacks. Mike is a great salesman and I recommend him to everyone! After I took my baby home I noticed a few things that I wanted fixed and scheduled a couple of appointments to get her looked at...every day after I scheduled my online appointment I got a call from either mike or the best advisor there alex mattson. I took my car in twice and everytime they found out what was wrong and got me the best price and the best service to get it fixed. I work for pep boys and know how service in the auto industry goes..they by far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for me! I love these guys and will ONLY be buying cars from them. Go east and pay the least! Love len lyall and everyone needs to go check them out! Their all great! read more

The entire staff including Troy, Brandon and Christian are amazing. We purchased the car of our dreams for the exact price we wanted to pay without any high-pressure sales. They even brought the car up from Colorado Springs and cleaned it up and have it ready for us to purchase. I could've asked for a more perfect experience and efficient staff. They even answered the phone on the second ring this morning and the sales manager picked up the phone on the second ring as well. read more

Great! We love the quality of service and the choices in cars for sale. We are customers for life.

Len Lyall is the place to go!! We worked with Scott and he was amazing. He answered all questions and was great with getting us into a car. We had a great experience shopping with Scott. I will definitely come back to shop with them! read more

Needed service on my Cadillac Escalade - after pricing the work through several dealerships, Len Lyall was the least expensive. Al and his crew were MORE THAN ACCOMODATING when the work needed an extra day - they really went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy, but satisfied with my experience. Great job guys! When we're ready to purchase another vehicle, we'll definately come to see you all at Len Lyall - thanks Al! Elizabeth F. read more

We bought two cars there, no pressure sales tactic was refreshing. We went in to buy one car, left with two. The staff were all courteous, and were helpful with our kids and making sure they were entertained. You will not find better! read more

I purchased a used BMW X5 from Len Lyall. I was told the vehicle had been through thier shop and was in top condition and they would get me an owners manual and that the spare key (BMW keys $350. to $450.) was available from the previous owner. After getting the car home and checking it out, I couldn't find a spare tire. I called my sales rep. (Christian) and left a couple messages asking him to please return my call. I then called a BMW deakership and found that the vehicle uses run flat tires (these were not) because there is no place to store a spare tire. After a week and not getting a return call from Christian, I called Len Lyall and asked to speak to to the sales manager (Manny). He initially said he couldn't help me but after I threatened to post a review he offered to get me $400. toward a set of $1000. run flat tires. I agreed and I reminded him that Christian said he would get me an owner manual and the spare key. After a week I got the $400. check toward tires, and after another week I got an owners manual but no key. A couple more weeks and still no key, I called and left another message for Christian, but after a couple days and no return call I called the dealer ship and had Christian paged and asked about the key. He said the prev. owner had been out of town and he hadn't got the key but would keep me posted. That was three weeks ago. I called and left Christian another message yesterday and still no return call (very rude). Today I called Manny (sales manager) and after a couple hours he returned my call and basically said after 7 weeks they reached out to the prev. owner and he couldn't be bothered, the key is not available. I'm 65 years old and this has been the worst buying experience I've ever had. You're told what you want to hear to make the sale, then after they get your money it's go away, we don't want to hear it. My advise is take your time, get everything in writing, you can't trust thier word! read more

I normally do much of my own maintenance on my vehicles but there are somethings I cannot do or my fake mechanic skill level isn't adequate enough. Well I needed a 4 wheel alignment on my 1995 Corvette. So I did some shopping around, some places didn't want anything to do with a Vette, others prices were a bit expensive or so low it made me wonder how good they really were. So I decided to let Len Lyall do the job, their pricing was fair and they would have the proper specs for the alignment. My service advisor was Andrew he was very nice and informative. He quoted me some prices for other services that I will need in the future. He didn't push them to do today, which was very cool. Mechanic worked on the car for about an hour and half. Right amount of time for a Corvette. Well I paid my bill and got my keys. When I got to the car I noticed that there was a problem a big problem. I immediately went back to Andrew who in turn got a service manager. I'm not gonna say what that problem was but needless to say I wasn't very happy and neither was the manager, Jeremy. Without hesitation he said that he would correct the problem and make it right. In the end after further investigation the issue wasn't as grave as first thought. Which was a load off my mind as well as Jeremy's. WHEW!!! I just gotta say that Jeremy went above and beyond in making me feel better about the issue. After it was all done the car handles and drives perfect. Wanna say thanks to the unknown mechanic for taking his time and doing the job right. I know lot of people hate taking their cars to dealership for repairs, but I say learn your car and educate yourself how things work, and how much parts can cost, so you can make an informed decision when work needs to be done.. read more

Typical old-skool bait-and-switch car dealer experience. They made a written offer over the internet and then refused to honor it when I arrived. They even acknowledged that everything I said was true, but bottom line they just changed their mind. Any car dealer who makes a written offer, and then refuses to honor it when you get there, is worth less than one star. read more

The level of gross incompetence that exists at this dealership is astounding. I have bought 5 vehicles in my life, all from dealerships. I have never before seen a dealership advertise a vehicle for what it is not, but there's a first time for everything. Currently there is a 2014 dodge 1500 tradesman that is sitting on their lot that they are advertising as an express, even though it has none of the features of an express and the VIN also identifies the vehicle as a tradesman. This is a difference of roughly 5k. The blatantly aftermarket running boards and bed cover that doesn't exist are the only features they could use to justify why it was an express when there was no other evidence to support their claims. To top it off they have yet to refund my payment I had made on the vehicle when I was processing paperwork before I made this discovery at the bank. It has been over 10 days and they have yet to refund the payment. Considering other positive reviews it may very well be possible that the salesman I spoke with was just incompetent. He demonstrated his incompetence in anything vehicle related during the test drive and I'm amazed at how this guy landed a job selling cars when he knows literally nothing. He was trying to say that since the truck had 5 more horsepower that it would outrun my Kia stinger gt, as if vehicle weight was no part of the equation. This sales representative was also the butt of most of the jokes in the office that I overheard. Overall a waste of time and false advertising. read more

Alert about this dealership. we bought a used 2010 Malibu in July, 2013. The saleman name is Mike P. told us that we get two year maintance agreement. However both Mike and finance manager did not explain clearly what is included. He was nice but their finance manager Robert Arguirre treated us bad. After we purchased the car. The extended warranty was incorrect and Dan Johnson who is general manager took care of extended warranty. Then August 2013, Service Carl Lehner took care of our car for an oil changge. He did honor the maintance agreement for two years. He told me will be 4 oil changes per year. A few weeks later, We got the letter from Motor Vehicle of Colorado for license plate. We went to Motor Vehicle and the clerk told us that Len Lyall Chevrolet screwed up the paperworks for the state of Colorado. The state clerk told us not to worry and got everything straight out with Len Lyall Chevrolet. On October 30, 2013, I emailed to service department to set an appointment. One November 1, 2013, I went to service department around 7:20 AM. I met with Jessica Murphy then she grabbed Phlillip Fritz. Phillip did not explained why I am not getting oil change under their maintance agreement. He was also rude. I asked for David Hunn as Phillip told me won't be in until around 8:30. I left the service department and went to Ed Bozarth Service Department. They agreed that our car must change oil at every 3,000 miles with SAE 5W-30 oil with our vehicle has V6. Alert buyers, This dealership is playing games and dramas going on. Plus, we felt that they are taking advantage of our disabilities. We will not going to purchase the vehicle or service from them anymore. I have reported to BBB and hoping to grade from A+ to F. I understand this dealership may be good treat to other customers but not us. read more

Took in my car for all its oil changes and maintenance, one day I took it in to tell them there was a strange sound on the transmission they said it was the throttle body 2 months later my Transmission broke down due to low transmission oil. These guys don't care about your car they care more about changing you a technician fee and won't spend the time to take an extra step to solve your issue. After telling them that my transmission broke because they failed to check the oil level all they told me was " even tho it's under warranty you should of told us that's what it was" so apparently I need to be the expert when I take it to them, what a bunch of bull. Highly suggest you take it to any other dealer except this one. read more

Brought my vehicle in for service after calling ahead. On the phone they said the worst case was 1-2 hours. Upon arrival they said it'll be at least two hours. Two hours later they said it'd be 30 more min as they just had to re-program the radio's computer. 30 min later they said it'll be another 2 hours as my model takes longer. Someone dropped the ball. Poor service. Figure it out then give estimates. Nice enough guys to deal with but just admit when somewhere along the line things got messed up. read more

I'm not sure what happened with the previous posters, but yesterday I had the best experience with a dealer's customer service ever! I had previously been going to a competitor for my car service and left because of high prices and poor customer service. My husband had been going here for his work truck, so I'd thought I'd try it out with a oil change (a week ago). Then after talking to Mark, the service manager, he got me in ASAP for something that I wanted looked at (my AC/Heater) wasn't working properly on the right passenger side. I had an appointment, they diagnosed it within 30 minutes and fixed it within 2 hours. I received a courtesy call and text telling me my car was ready. Andrew, the service dude was great! I also received a follow up text about my service. The customer service lady that answers the phone is aways nice as well as the girl taking my payment. Maybe in the past there was some "kinks" that businesses need to work out. I work in the customer service industry as well, it is ver hard to please everyone AND it hard to determine timing and pricing sometimes with cars and in some industries like mine. Rule of thumb, always give people the benefit of the doubt. Thanks to every one there! PS: Len Lyall beat the price of the estimate I received from the competitor! Woo Hoo! read more

I had the pleasure of working with a service associate by the name of Chad Allred. He was courteous over the phone as well as when I brought my car in for repairs. He checked for all warranties available on my vehicle and ended up saving me from a major financial headache (The dealership that I bought my car from didn't even take the time to do that). He was able to provide a loaner vehicle which was a lifesaver because I have long commute to work. He checked for recalls as well as services light notifications to make sure my kids and I are riding as safe as possible. If you have a newer model Chevy that needs service, I would highly recommend giving Len Lyall a try. read more

Thank you Len Lyall Chevrolet. I had a fantastic experience with your service department. Another mechanic told me I needed a new 1200 water pump. Len Lyall said that was not true and my bill was only 165.00. Not to mention the customer service was fantastic. read more

After having purchased two vehicles from Len Lyall Chev . I would not recommend that you purchase there. I have had several expensive issues witht he 2007 Trailblazer I purchased none of which were covered under warranty. I recently received a recall letter for the door switch. I went into the service dept.scheduled the work on the day I was to be there at 1:30 PM the assistant manager of the serv dept called , RussBisdbee and said that his boss David Hunn did not want my car in "his shop". I thought he was joking so I asked him are you kidding. In a flat tone he said not I am not. I said who is your boss he said David, I said David what and yhe said David Hunn and spelled it for me.I thanked him and headed for my computer. He told me to take it to Ed Bozarth. So if you plan on buying a new or used Chev. go to Ed Bozarth if you want service. Fot sure don't complain as I did about the bubbling paint job on my very expensive used vehicle! Horrible place, real "go East" mentality!! read more

I have had great service here since my first visit. I bought a new Silverado in 2010 and just traded it in on a new 2014 Silverado. Most places take forever to close the deal. Len lyall chevrolet was the worst experience I have had in buying a car. Not only did they sale the car I put a safety deposit on, they also lost the safety deposit i originally had put down. Their communication skills are terrible considering the MANAGEMENT had yelled at me after i fought to get my money back. Do not waste your time on this dealership, they are the definition of crooks. If i could put a reveiw up that had a zero star rating i would most definitely do so. read more

Went in to buy a car. My wife just got hers and I'm putting a lot of miles on hers. I go in and do a credit check, start the process. The salesmen comes back with a piece of paper with my name misspelled, and a credit score. I am confused am I seeing my score, or someone else's? I ask to see the actual report to confirm its me I'm looking at? This is where things go sideways. The salesmen says he can't show it to me? I start to ask why? The name on this paper isn't correct? I want to know if your looking at the right person? He returns with his "manager" who says due to the patriot act it is illegal to show me my credit report, and if I want to compare their findings I can go online and get my own credit report! First, I know I can see the my report in case of disputes with creditors, I just can't get a copy or take the report home. They just flat out Refused me service. Second, I know if I did get a credit report online it does no good. any dealership would have me do it again from there dealership as anyone could forge documents. I don't know what they were trying to pull but it didn't fell right. I will buy my car elsewhere. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had. Which is why I'm writing about it. Mostly to warn others before attempting to take their car in. I have a somewhat older car, 1998 Oldsmobile Regency that had issues starting. Long story short, I contacted the service because I was having my car towed to that location for a simple repair. I was informed by the service area they would not work on this car because it was too old and "there could be too many other things wrong with it" AND "you should take it to an independent repair facility" I reminded the representative the car only had 60,000 miles on it. It didn't matter. I had to contact the tow truck company to have my car re-directed to another local Chevrolet dealership that took great care of me. I can't say that I will ever consider Len Lyall Chevrolet for any type service including a car buying service. I wouldn't want the car that I buy to become too old and Len Lyall service area turn me to another dealership for the repair. It could be too old for their particular taste. read more
