First of all, I normally don't rate my experiences on Yelp. I think this is only my 3rd rating. My son was moving from San Francisco to Austin for a job. I needed movers to help unload the relo-cube from the destination facility in Austin to my son's apartment in SoLa. Through Yelp, I was able to connect with 10 moving companies. In the end, my gut instinct told me to choose Alpha Moving. I am so glad I did because Brandon was excellent throughout the whole process. He went and exceeded my expectations, not ever meeting him in person. I relied on his communication style and his honesty. From the time we first connected on September 23 up to the day of the move on October 16, Brandon was right on. He and his business partner, Edgar, were on time. They were both easy going and had even-keeled. Wow, Wow and Wow!!! I highly recommend Edgar and his staff. They were very competitive on price, packing staff was great and moving day staff was fast and respectful. Edgar was great on communication, as our move was not an easy one, fragile pieces of ceramic and glass art, a lot of framed artwork and large pieces of furniture. We also had to go to storage for 10 days and Edgar and his crew did an amazing job of delivering all our goods in one piece. Great guys. They did a great job. They responded quickly. I had to change the date and time on them four times and they were flexible and kind. They gave me a flat rate in about two minutes. I especially like that Brandon is a veteran and made many sacrifices for our country and I love helping veterans. I think you'll be very happy with these guys. I used them for a small office move.
