Ribs, fried okra and Mac and cheese.
Maya B.

So glad I found this place while stopping in Tulsa for the night. I ordered the three bone rib dinner with two sides and their apparently famous smoked peach cobbler. The ribs were literally fall off the bone tender. The mild and hot BBQ sauces were very flavorful. The Mac and cheese was very good - peppery and the perfect amount of cheese. The fried okra was great and the serving was humongous. The plate also came with a piece of white bread and a side of pickles, red onions, and mild peppers. The peach cobbler was still warm when I got back to my hotel. It was delicious! Tons of peaches and a delicious cinnamon cake topping. The restaurant is in the corner of a quiet strip mall. The woman working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. There are about 10 tables in the restaurant. I placed my order to go and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Tulsa. Skip the bigger BBQ restaurants and head to Alpha Grill! You will not be disappointed!!

Ribs and brisket underneath Sauces and sides ok. Meat the star

The ribs! The ribs! Just go for the ribs! Decided to try some OK BBQ on our trip and so glad we went to Alpha Grill. Plenty of parking here and the lady at the counter was so sweet and welcoming! A couple big parties were ahead of us and she warned of the wait and gave us complimentary sodas for the wait. It was a wait but we knew it so no problem. We tried the ribs and brisket and pulled pork. Brisket and ribs were very good but the ribs were spectacular. Actually, the lady at the front talked us into them so special thanks to her. The sides were ok and the sauces were very good but we would definitely go back for the ribs! Homestyle warm atmosphere was just great.

Clean, family friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious and the service was helpful, providing suggestions for the group having been there for the first time.

Baked Fatt Alpha Potato

The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. A cute spot to eat and the music set to tone. The meat has a good smoke and tender. The stuffed full baked potato is enough for two people.

Not the ribs but the Omega burger

Friendly staff... I typically prefer competition style ribs, but their fall off the bone ribs will have me driving back for more. The music played was bluesy just an all around great experience!

3 meat Plater: chopped beef, sausage and grilled shrimp

Big portions, well seasoned, chopped beef is on point. Coleslaw was a tad on the vinegar side. Still good. Of the three meat the pulled Pork was the best. We waited an extra 15 minutes for a two meat plater, side of Mac and cheese and fried okra. Should no divide an order by 15 minutes as other tables got their meals, ate and left before we were totally served. Can't give more than 3 stars due to the delay in service.

So me n my Other half saw this restaurant on tiktok. We went to check out the hype. And I must say the video lived up to its advertisement!!! We ordered the Baby Fatt Alpha potato. It comes with 3 choices of meat and 2 ribs included. We shared this and it was deelissshh! The service was amazing! Ms Tae was very welcoming and made our experience great!!! She was attentive to anything we needed. Now this restaurant gave stellar customer service. We're definitely going back. And did I mention we still had leftovers because it was such a huge portion. Ohhh and don't forget to try the peach cobbler. Tiktok was right about this establishment!!!

The food is well prepared and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have some of the best ribs around and the brisket is amazing. . my wife tried to smoke broccoli and the Cajun shrimp. Smoked dump peach cobbler for the road. It looks great.

Cajun shrimp & brisket nachos

This place is amazing! So much so I had to go twice in one day. Customer service is top tier. Miss Tay goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, and taken care of. I'd go back just off the customer service but you add great barbecue, yeah this is easily the top spot in town! In my first trip I had the burrito, man I've never had Mac and cheese like that! Second trip the wife got a loaded potato and I got nachos. The nacho cheese was on another level. Don't get me started on the peach cobbler, it is definitely must try! They've also got great drinks, we had a Long Island ice tea and a lemon drop, both were just right! For the kids or adults they have board games to play while there. The music choice was also on point. Great great spot to go to. Miss tay you got a customer for life!

I looooove BBQ and will admit I am a BBQ snob. I expect quality meat, with a complex, balanced rub, smoked slowly to exactly the right doneness (tender and still juicy, not falling off the bone but coming off with a gentle pull), served with the sauce on the side. Alpha Grill is one of the best BBQ places I have ever visited, anywhere. The menu has a lot of choices (two meat, three meats, ribs with meats or meats with a rib...) but no worries, they will guide you to choose the combination that gives you what you want with the best value. The portions are generous. Sauces are on the side--hot, sweet, bourbon, more. One I have never seen is Bama (as in Alabama) sauce, mustard based, but not as vinegary as some, with a complex blend of herbs. My description won't be much help; you have to try it. We loved all the meats--all perfectly cooked, smoky, with a complex, well-balanced rub. Tender and juicy, bbq at its best. We also loved all the sides. Now, one more thing you must try: The peach cobbler. No ordinary peach cobbler, this is "Smoked Dumped Peach Cobbler." What?? Cooked in the smoker and yes, that sounds weird. You have to try it. The smoke works and it is a great cobbler. Rich and fruity, great sugary crumble on top and smoky. Who could have thought of this?!? Turns out one day, the oven was out and they cooked it the only place they could.... The people there are amazing and kind and so very passionate about their restaurant. And about their customers. Pleasant, attractive dining room, bottled water is free, and they just look out for you. Great food, great people, great place.

Everything was just love. I can't explain it well enough but when you try, you'll know what I'm taking about. My absolute favorite was the Beef rib. The beef rib was melt in the mouth, succulent and perfectly seasoned. My bbq soul is complete. Their bbq sauce they have is fantastic and their other sauces are killer too! The service was fantastic. They were extremely nice and helpful. It's a food truck so I'm sure they move around but this time they were located behind American Solera. I can confidently say they are the bbq masters of Tulsa. This place is the best bbq in Oklahoma, and I know that's a bold statement for something out of a trailer, and yet it's true. These guys just took over ownership a couple weeks ago so I expect it to get even better with time. TULSA IS WINNING. I absolutely stalk good bbq places and so I usually don't put too much stock in them meeting me expectations. But when you see Nick pull that brisket out of that brown waxed paper and watch the jiggle as he slices through that amazing bark, you'll realize you've hit the jackpot. We grabbed the food for 2 and it was an incredible sampler of all of their meats. And the sides... GET THE BACON CHEESE GRITS. Holy moly rolly poly that little styrofoam cup should come with a warning label because it's absolutely ridiculous. The chicken was so juicy, I was almost more impressed by it honestly. But brisket of this tier is just such a rare find... the other two with me easily admitted it was the best they've had in their entire life. Ribs too. We also didn't expect to be able to find an open patio on a Saturday, but the outdoor space provided created such a laid back experience with the outdoor tables I felt like I could kick back, eat some Q and let all the stresses of the world melt away. Go. Just go. Go now. The lines on this place are going to be a mess soon, I'm sure. So get there now before everyone and their dog starts standing in line until they sell out like a certain unnamed Ft Worth place I know.

The decor is all about BBQ and blues. This is definitely no corporate contrived eatery. There is a genuine feel of the bluesy barbecue world. We ordered the Nelson's plate for 2. We substituted the bologna and hot link for chicken and pulled pork. The barbecue is the real thing. The beans have a Smokey sweet flavor that is perhaps the best bbq beans in Oklahoma if not the country. The pulled pork was also tender and sweet, expertly cooked. The brisket was tender and easy to chew. The ribs were perhaps the second weakest part of the meal. That said I have eaten worse in most places in Tulsa. They were tender but in my opinion could have been better. The chicken was the weakest part of the meal. It was a bit dry but tolerable. The potato salad was creamy soft with just a slight hint of vinegar you expect to taste in potato salad in a perfect balance of flavors and textures. We ordered the Mac and cheese was very cheesy and included a cheese pull with a slight funk in the aftertaste that makes it very different dish from the standard offering at other places. While I'm not a sauce user I tasted the sweet and the hot sauces. The sweet was very sweet and the hot definitely hit with a sting I normally avoid but I'm sure would be welcome to the well initiated. I definitely recommend Elmer's barbecue for those pining for blues and barbecue

Stutts BBQ in Tulsa hits you with that rare, disarming warmth where the food is great, sure, but…read morethe real hook is the feeling that you just wandered into someone's family kitchen and they decided to feed you until you stop talking. The chopped brisket carries that perfect Tulsa flavor. It's not trying to be Austin, it's not chasing trends, it's just deeply smoked, tender, and unapologetically saucy in a way that makes you rethink why you ever bothered with sliced brisket at all. The ribs come out with that gentle tug, not the fall apart nonsense, the kind of rib that tells you the pitmaster actually respects the craft. And the hot links bring the heat in that slow, creeping way that makes you nod to yourself like, yeah, this is the right kind of trouble. But the buttermilk pie is the closer. The secret handshake. The thing that makes you sit back in your chair and realize you're not in a restaurant, you're in a home that just happens to have a smoker out back.
