They didn't have enough room for both of our dogs at the Spokane Valley location; but they were able to book us a reservation at their sister spot in CDA! They took our dogs in without question and when we picked them up they didn't even charge us with the State of Emergency going on. We spoke with Kayla who was so kind and empathetic towards our situation, she is definitely wonderful at her job! We 100% recommend this place in the future! When she was well enough to attend Doggie Daycare, the ENTIRE staff at Dog N It took spectacular care of our girl. They fed her every 2 hours, per her vet's instructions and monitored her with love and care. Their professionalism was impressive and heartwarming. Our Doberman is now 8 months old and absolutely loves every staff member at Dog N It and LOVES to play with her fur friends at daycare. Stella is enrolled in weekly Dog lessons offered at Dog N It and she (and I) are learning a lot. We love Dog N It and are thankful for their services. That said, after spending time at Updawg for daycare and overnight boarding, we've seen a complete turnaround in her behavior. What's incredible is that this transformation didn't come from formal training sessions--we simply boarded her while traveling. Her improvement is 100% due to the environment and care she's received at Updawg. While we'll always be mindful (she's still an animal, after all), I now have peace of mind knowing she can interact with other dogs. That's something I never thought I'd be able to say. Another huge win: nail trims. She used to need a "doggy chill pill" just to get through them, but thanks to the gentle and loving approach from the Updawg staff, sedation is no longer needed. That's a game-changer for her and for us. The genuine love and excitement the team shows every time we drop her off or pick her up makes it easy to recommend Updawg so highly.
