While we were away on vacation in early 2020, our sweet Zola passed away (from cancer) and Patty stayed with her even though she had to completely rearrange her schedule. Her improvement is 100% due to the environment and care she's received at Updawg. While we'll always be mindful (she's still an animal, after all), I now have peace of mind knowing she can interact with other dogs. That's something I never thought I'd be able to say. Another huge win: nail trims. She used to need a "doggy chill pill" just to get through them, but thanks to the gentle and loving approach from the Updawg staff, sedation is no longer needed.
