We left our three large energetic dogs here for 11-days while we went back east two weeks ago. When we first got there, the dogs were all excited to go in and see their buddies. I think Ezra was disappointed because one of his dog friends was not there this time. The staff meets you at a specific time so that you can offload their bedding, toys and food or talk about any concerns and go over feeding schedules. We opted for a video cam as we'd never left them this long...it was only $5/day and fun to time into the pups and see them. We had them bathed this time and they did a great job and it was very reasonable. We have not used them for training yet. Highly recommend all the staff and the facility is state of art. The outside fences paddocks and security is excellent. Dogs are "interviewed" and are allowed to play together in safe groups without fear of attack. If you want piece of mind, Board here.

Because of Patty's sharp eye, we had no worry about potential damage to our home. And no concern for our little guy, Khan. She loves animals and they love her back. Your pet is in safe hands. She's a professional pet sitter and very good at her job. She is gregarious, friendly, and kind. I feel she charges a fair rate for her time, though it can get expensive if you're gone for any time. MTK was a godsend. The kennel itself seems so comfy, and Dawn and her crew clearly paid expert attention to my dog's needs. Daphne usually seems haunted and terrified when I drop her off for daycare or boarding, but the attention and care she got meant she had successful relationships and felt secure enough to fall in love with MTK, literally running toward the door when we'd arrive. In addition to daily walks, Savina stayed at our home multiple times to care for our fur-kids (dog and cat) when we were out of town. He is consistent, pays attention to detail, and the dogs love him!…read moreOver the past month, he has be more than accommodating in filling my need for a twice weekly dog walker. The dogs get a stimulating walk and a fresh water bowel. I get a detailed, written note upon returning home as well as a text during the day so I have piece of mind that he's walked our dogs. He is so tuned in with our dogs that he knows when our older, arthritic dog needs to be returned home before finishing the walk with our energetic 5 year old. I cannot say enough positive things about him. We're moving back to CA and will miss him. We love you, Bruce!

My "kids" and I are lucky to have found Waggin' Tails Pet Sitting services some 6+ years ago…read more Not having 2-legged children, the 4-legged variety ARE my only children. Both of my cats have different personalities and needs. And Bruce treats them as such. During one awful moment in my life, Bruce proved how compassionate he is with humans, in addition to animals. I called Bruce to share that my greatly beloved Boots, "a dog in cat's clothing", had quite unexpectedly just "dropped dead". (As in one minute he's here, the next minute he's dead). I was devastated. Boots and my special relationship was quite similar to a loving dog who adores, and would do ANYTHING to please his "best friend" (me). Boots, a cat, had no clue that a cat's job was to please themselves, ONLY... Boots was the epitome of an attentive, loving DOG. He would jump on my lap to lick my face, loved learning tricks, he "meowed" when asked to speak, would run to the door when someone knocked, etc.! Absolutely a dog "in cats clothing"!! During my moment of grief Bruce was able to console me like NO ONE ELSE could. While we were on the landline he sent me some wonderful photos (including a short video) that he had taken of Boots during a prior pet sitting stint. Caring enough to photograph/video pictures of MY beloved boy during one of Bruce's visits, showed me a lot. OMG!!! Couple that compassion with Waggin' Tails ability to provide GENUINE and loving care, I trust that when I am not with them, my animals are receiving the best care possible. Before finding Waggin' Tails, I tried other pet sitting services. Most were OK. I believe that (most) parents would agree that they want great care for their children, not just OK care. In my humble opinion, NO OTHER pet sitting service could even come close! Judi Kirk
