I just relocated to Spokane Valley and needed to find a local pet sitter to watch my cat when I travel. Patty and Robyn are wonderful. The service and their approach are what I've grown accustomed to when it comes to finding local services for my cat sitting needs. I'm so pleased to have found them. I feel like my cat is is great hands with them. read more

Patty is a one of a kind and such an amazing pet sitter! When we first met Patty, we had two enormous dogs that most people would be intimidated by, but not Patty! She won their hearts and truly cared for them as they were her own pets! While we were away on vacation in early 2020, our sweet Zola passed away (from cancer) and Patty stayed with her even though she had to completely rearrange her schedule. She did this without hesitation and felt Zola needed someone there! She even stayed the night with Zola's brother, Merlin, who she was concerned about and didn't want him to mourn alone. Again, she treats our fur babies as they are her own! She's truly a wonderful person and our family is so grateful for her! read more

Patty goes above and beyond in her service to our animal friends, (and their parents:) While we were away, Patty observed a major leak in one of our outdoor hoses, set on a timer. After letting us know the problem, she helped problem solve a solution that didn't require our return home, and in no time she had it taken care of. Because of Patty's sharp eye, we had no worry about potential damage to our home. And no concern for our little guy, Khan. She loves animals and they love her back. Your pet is in safe hands. She's a professional pet sitter and very good at her job. She is gregarious, friendly, and kind. I feel she charges a fair rate for her time, though it can get expensive if you're gone for any time. But so worth it for peace of mind. read more

We moved to the Millwood area and were having a hard time finding a dog walker. Patty was one of the only places that said we were within service range. Now, she does daily dog walks that help keep our Springer Spaniel healthy and happy. Midday dog walks are lifesavers- the dog gets a potty break and a meal and we don't have a hyper dog when we get home from work. Patty's responsive, sending texts of her visits, and has been very understanding around scheduling. If we have an occasion to use her for pet sitting I know our dog will be well cared for. read more

We recently moved to Spokane and were nervous about finding a good cat sitter for our two cats, as they'd had the same one for 10+ years. We found Patty online, and at our first meeting, the cats loved her, and we were optimistic that she would be reliable and take good care of them (she obviously really loves animals). We've used her twice since then and, on each occasion, she was reliable and sent us lot of pics of the cats. They both like her, and that is a big deal! Also, her online booking and payment options are very convenient. Thanks for doing what you do, Patty! read more

Unreliable and overpriced. Sorry I tried her "services." Overcharges! Ten minutes of pet care and then twenty minutes of her running her mouth. You get charged for the whole time. NO CREDENTIALS OR PET BUSINESS. Ask her for references!!!!! read more

Giving Patty five stars for great customer service--I contacted a number of pet sitters and got them mixed up in my phone. When I confidently (and incorrectly!) texted Patty that I would see her at our consultation (which was, in fact, scheduled with a different pet sitter), Patty jumped into action to make it happen, even though it was short-notice. When I discovered my mistake, she was incredibly gracious and friendly about the whole thing. read more

Patty is amazing! She is our go-to pet sitter and we couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of her service. She is trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and knows cats very well. She totally gets that cats are finnicky and was really patient in her approach to caring for our 1 year old rescue cat who is very skittish. Patty's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make our cat feel at home while we were away is what sealed the deal for us! She even sent daily text updates with photos of our cat which made me feel so great. Overall, I highly recommend Patty and am so grateful we found her to watch our kitty! read more

Patty has been our dog walker/sitter for 2 years and I highly recommend her. Patty is flexible and always tries to accommodate dates and times for walks and sitting. I can depend on her to arrive at the time we have scheduled. I love that she texts me when she arrives to walk the dogs and also sends me pictures of their walk or playtime. I know my dogs are in good hands when Patty is here! read more

Patti is AMAZING! From the first time I met her I knew she was the perfect person to take care of my older cat with medical needs. I have had Patti take care of my cat multiple times and I am always impressed with her service. She treats my kitty like a queen and sends updates to me regularly when I am away. She is thorough, kind, experienced and great with animals. I can't recommend her enough and wouldn't dream of ever having anyone but her care for my special fur baby. read more

Patty is a great pet sitter and a wonderful person. We have a small farm with goats and alpacas as well as three indoor cats that all have special needs (and one cat that is actually aggressive). Patty took great care of all of them. She is very thorough and professional and you can tell that she really cares about the animals. We received lots of photos and updates throughout our 9 day trip. Patty's customer service is excellent and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all of the animals were being very well cared for. Thank you Patty! read more

Patty was amazing! My pet sitter plans fell through on Labor Day weekend. I called Patty Thursday afternoon and she was able to come meet with my pets and I within a couple hours. She came equipped with a portfolio including a copy of her background check and insurance coverage. She checked in with me everyday I was gone and even sent photos. When I got home I noticed she even left me a thank you card. I am very impressed and would (and already have) recommend her to everyone. Thanks for saving our Labor Day weekend Patty! read more

We recently went on vacation and for the first time, our friends/neighbors were not able to care for our dogs. Our older guy, Buddy has never been in a kennel and has very high anxiety. I was so stressed about who was going to take care of them, that I had a difficult time getting excited about our trip. I found a business card for Ponderosa Patty that I got a year ago from our vet, and called her. It was short notice but she was very accommodating and eager to assist. We dropped them off the night before and she and her husband took time to talk with us so we could get to know them, their routine and to be comfortable. We had given Buddy anxiety medication and instructed Patty to give it to him when the shaking started. She constantly sent me pictures of Buddy happy and our other dog Sammy, going for walks, tails wagging. Riding in cars on her husband's lap, laying on them sleeping in their home, etc. Buddy NEVER had to have anxiety meds! They are very calm and loving with the animals and the animals knew it. I am so happy to have found Patty and will happily call her next time we need her. Thank you Patty for giving our dogs so much love and comfort and easing OUR anxieties! read more
