The problem was he's a rather large dog that needs space, and also they didn't tell us they moved him until the night before we were to pick him up. They told us our dog has behavioral issues, but then they gave him to a trainer who hasn't been doing it long. They did offer to take him back to train him further, but we decided against it given the problems that arose when we brought up our dissatisfaction.

When I showed them the quote they brought the price down to $200. They refused to tell me the breakdown until I paid and then I would get a detailed invoice. After I paid and was handed the invoice I could clearly see I wasn't charged the price the quote stated. I had to continue to argue with the very rude employee by the name of Chris. After yelling at me she did give me the refund but only after stating how she was doing me a favor. I will never be back.

Obviously the mare did not conceive. When we called them to inform them of the poor quality of the shipment, they stated that once the shipment leaves them it is out of their hands, and that they reuse disposable equitainers all the time!! Our repro facility informed us that they received a shipment the same day on the SAME truck from a similar location in a blue equitainer and the contents were in excellent condition. Very unethical, unprofessional, and CHEAP. Go elsewhere to have your semen shipped, do not waste your time or money here!!
