We had to take a trip right after moving and were so fortunate to have Pam come and take care of our kitty. She really went out of her way to make our cat as comfortable as she could be under the difficult circumstances. It was a huge comfort knowing Squeeky was getting outstanding care while we were away. Highly recommend the service. read more

I have only used Pet Pals since October. I'm using the pooper scooper service. Darren is always on time and is very thorough. I would not hesitate to use them for pet sitting. I also found out that they would transport my large dog and me to the vet. I am disabled so this will definitely be something I will use. read more

Pam and Darren are absolutely amazing. I've used their pooper scooper services for the past 3 years and they are nothing shorter than amazing. We first started with their one time cleanup, after the winter season, and every time Darren was extremely prompt and fast with his cleanup. I couldn't even believe how fast he got our yard cleaned up. The past year we've used their weekly service and have been very impressed and happy. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any kind of services. read more

We were happy and satisfied with the services Pam performed. We noticed little things around the house that she took care of that were not expected (washing a few dishes we left in the sink.) She also took our dog for little morning walks, which was not specified and she didn't charge extra like most pet sitters would. It was very hot the week we were gone and Pam took the initiative to set up a fan near the air conditioner (something we do when we are home). We appreciated the daily report cards. As other reviewers noted, it is an expensive service but with all things, you get what you pay for. We will be calling Pet Pals again soon! read more

What a great service you provide! In reviewing your website, I was very impressed by the magnitude of the services you provide. Your pets are like your children, and you ensure that the person searching for pet-sitting, etc gets the same reference checking, as if the services were for their human children.
