If you pay attention to the reviews on Yelp you will notice one thing, sign up dates. When you see…read morethat an individual has a few great reviews but that all of the reviewers have only 1-2 reviews something is wrong. Not to mention these were all done within three days of each other. This usually means one thing, these are all friends of that business or the actual owner themselves. I know for a fact one of the posters on here is his mom. Not a reliable reviewer if you ask me. Anyways take those type of reviews with the proverbial grain of salt. Now lets get to a REAL review of this company. This review is for a dog that Ryan trained for weeks for my child. Ryan had this dog for approximately two months. Upon return this dog acted absolutely no different then the day it left. It refused to listen to any command given unless yelling at the top of your lungs, hopefully that is anyway. It acts like any dog that you have had that has never set foot in a trainers presence. All of those great videos on you tube are a joke compared to the way this one acts. Not at any point since the day the dog returned has it acted like it had received training of any type. As for walking on a leash, forget it. The dog goes crazy while on a leash and is impossible to control. Now some might say your kid is doing it all wrong then. Well a trainer trains a pet for the owners, not for himself. Lets not forget the owners also attend some of these training sessions. So if that is your thinking forget it. Basically, the hundreds of dollars he charged was flat out a complete rip off and a waste of money. The avg person could do a better job. I would love to say what a great trainer he is, thing is is wasn't in this case. That is the plain truth. I understand that there might be times when a pet is harder to train then others or is just impossible to train. If that is the case suck in your pride and say so and return the money and say "Sorry, I am unable to train your dog" and call it good. My advice is find someone else to train your dog.

Well, I must say I'm pretty disappointed... I'm only giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because I…read moreactually thought the owner was a pretty nice guy and seemed very knowledgable. He also did a free consultation which was nice. Unfortunately he was very bad a returning phone calls and also would text me telling me he was going to call me back and in the end he just gave up on communication all together. He may have had some personal family issues going on and I would have been understanding about it if he was honest and just told me upfront he wouldn't be able to start training with my dog for another week?? Idk in the end I had to go with a company that was more reliable but more expensive.

We brought him in, and the doctors quickly took x-rays and discovered he had a string wrapped around the base of his tongue, which can be very dangerous. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the situation and the recommended surgery, but it was unfortunately far outside of what we could afford. When we asked if there were any other options, even if they carried more risk, they took the time to listen and worked with us. They agreed to carefully cut the string under his tongue and allow the remaining piece to hopefully pass on its own. They were honest about the risks, but they respected our situation and helped us pursue the option that gave him a chance while still being financially possible for us. They also gave him anti-nausea medication, fluids, and pain management to support his recovery, and made sure we understood exactly what to watch for at home. I'm so grateful for how kind, nonjudgmental, and caring everyone was during such an emotional and stressful time. It was clear they truly cared about our cat and wanted the best possible outcome while also being respectful of our financial reality. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing a pet emergency.
