Dr. Keni & her team got my dog in same day when she made her way out of a second story window and fell off the roof and was having stomach issues, I am very grateful to have this Vet and it's the only place around that I trust with my baby! Bella is feeling much better!!!

I do not recommend this clinic; the staff here is incredibly rude and condescending. Take your fur babes elsewhere.

I really wish I would have listened to my friends who have been here and read all the terrible…read morereviews before I brought my dog in here. It was a terrible experience and ridiculously expensive on top of that. Short version: My dog had an obvious ear infection and AFTER he was put under, the vet came out and surprised me a $2,500 bill and said my dog would have to come back again to be fully cured because the antibiotics they were prescribing him that day likely would not work. The vet was rude as hell, zero compassion or empathy and kept pushing me for more money and tests, all for an ear infection. I paid my bill for the services rendered and I took my dog to another vet, who was amazing and came in at about a 1/4 of the cost, even if I had the tests done there. I decided to switch my dog to this vet, who then called Deer Park Animal Med Center to get my dog's records and tests sent over. I then received a text and an email from the original vet telling me that because I switched vets they would never treat my dog again and they even canceled my dog's boarding we had scheduled a few months ago for a upcoming family trip. This vet is hyper emotional, reactionary and over charges and he retaliated by canceling my dog's boarding, which honestly I would have done anyways. Never, ever bring your animals here. Read all the one star reviews and look for his snarky responses. For clarity, this is the vet office on HWY 395, up against the round about, right before McDonalds. My dog is now doing great under the care of a new vet, we rebooked his boarding at a new and cleaner boarding facility for less money and I will never return to this miserable excuse of a business. My friends and all the 1 star reviews were spot on.

That is exactly what you get when you hire this compassionate, empathetic Vet to help your beloved fur baby cross the Rainbow Bridge, with dignity and in the comforts of their own home . Sadly, I have had to put 2 of my 7 pets down in the last 1.5 yrs. I have used Tranquil Passings both times. For me, it is well worth the price (which really isn't a whole lot more than my standard Vet charges). The Vet that handles the CDA area is ABSOLUTELY incredible! I couldn't say enough good things about her. The experience was full of compassion and very peaceful for my pets. It allowed them to be surrounded by love and gave closure to the other animals that loved them, as well. I will always try to offer the same experience for my other animals, if possible. They deserve nothing less!

She was incredibly kind, gentle, compassionate, and patient. She explained the process to me in detail and allowed the process to go at my pace. She also made clay paw prints and helped me to get some stamp paw prints as well! My baby, Nala, was most comfortable on my bed so that is where I wanted her to go. I was worried the vet would not allow this. But Megan and I sat on my bed with Nala and my other baby Miss Bugs. Megan even helped to comfort Bugs (and Nala of course) throughout the process. She also empathetically listened while I talked about Nala and her story, which is really appreciated. I had to do this process alone, but Megan helped me feel less alone. She is also incredibly good at what she does veterinary wise. I am sure all of Tranquil Passing vets are very good vets and people. I am so grateful for Tranquil Passing and for Megan.

I am writing this review to document my personal experience so other pet owners can make an…read moreinformed decision. My dog, Koa, was boarded at this facility on two occasions: July 3-5 and July 10-14. I cannot determine during which stay he became ill. When I picked him up on July 14, he was noticeably lethargic and not acting like himself. Later that evening, his condition declined rapidly. He became disoriented, was unable to stand to go outside, and his temperature measured 106°F. He was rushed to an emergency veterinary clinic and admitted immediately. Over the next several days, Koa's condition was described as critical. His white blood cell count was dangerously low, he continued to spike high fevers despite continuous fluids and cooling measures, and he required round-the-clock hospitalization. Multiple veterinary teams repeatedly prepared me for the possibility that he might not survive. I was told more than once that his prognosis was very guarded and that we needed to be prepared for the worst. He underwent extensive diagnostic testing, including imaging and a bone marrow biopsy, and ultimately required transfer to Washington State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital for ICU-level and internal medicine care. He remained hospitalized for nearly a week. The drive to WSU was approximately an hour and a half each way, and I traveled whenever possible just to see him during limited visiting hours, not knowing if each visit might be my last. Despite exhaustive testing, no definitive source of illness was identified. Koa ultimately survived due to aggressive medical intervention, including prolonged steroid therapy and the advanced care provided by the critical care and internal medicine teams at Washington State University. His total medical expenses exceeded $12,000. The owner of the boarding facility was contacted on the morning of July 15 by my boyfriend to inform her of the situation and to ask whether any other dogs had been ill during that timeframe, as this information could have assisted with veterinary diagnostics. Although I am the legal owner of the dog and the individual listed on all veterinary and boarding paperwork, the facility owner never contacted me directly by phone or email. I would have expected direct communication with the registered owner during a medical emergency of this severity. To this day, she has never reached out to me personally. Koa survived, but his recovery was long and difficult. He required months of steroid therapy with significant side effects, including excessive thirst, increased urination, and loss of bladder control--none of which he had experienced previously. Initial attempts to taper him off steroids resulted in serious complications requiring further medical intervention. He ultimately required additional long-term medication and ongoing veterinary monitoring. The emotional distress of nearly losing a family member after trusting a facility to care for him is something I would not wish on anyone. Beyond the medical crisis itself, the lack of direct communication with me as the registered owner was particularly difficult. I am not making claims of legal fault or causation. I am sharing my experience. Pets are family, and facilities entrusted with their care carry a significant responsibility. I strongly encourage anyone considering boarding here to ask detailed questions about illness monitoring, emergency response procedures, and communication expectations. I sincerely hope others take the time to think carefully before entrusting their animals to this boarding facility.

Update: I spoke with the breeder and they let me know that the dogs that I met lived in a guardian…read morehome that they worked with. They claimed that the blind dog, Daisy, is blind now due to repeat untreated eye infections that she had and that my dog, Stella, has seizures due to head trauma from being abused. They are going to continue using Gidget (a dog from Stella's previous litter) for breeding for this reason. My vet completely disagrees with their theory and says that my dogs seizures could not be caused from head trauma. She has had several seizures since we adopted her in January, so they diagnosed her with epilepsy, and it is a heartbreaking condition. It isn't ethical or worth it to risk breeding dogs that have a chance of passing on any health condition. There are perfectly healthy dogs that are being euthanized in overcrowded shelters every day. This breeder did sell puppies from this guardian home that severely abused and neglected their dogs, and took zero accountability for doing business with them for any amount of time. Please consider rescuing a dog that needs a good home from a shelter before buying one from a breeder. Any puppy bought from this breeder is coming at the expense of one of the 10+ parent dogs still living on this "farm" that are being used to produce back to back litters. You can find labradoodles/golden doodles in shelters and rescues too.
