They made sure to give an estimate of what the visit could cost for certain things, and were very open with skipping things and possibly planning for a different date for the skipped parts, just to make sure he got the best care possible from them. He isn't big on people, but he didn't have a dislike towards them and wasn't scared when entering the office. They allowed the curiosity and didn't try to restrict him to a table outside of the exam, and didn't try to force him into the crate. Definitely enjoyed how helpful they were and how open minded they were to everything. Even though they misinterpreted a couple things I had said, and encouraged things I knew to be unnecessary at the time, they were helpful with the problem at hand.

They could benefit from a more structured system to remind patients when they're due for standard follow up for things like shots, teeth cleaning, etc. We used to go to VCA and appreciated their postcard reminders they would send via mail for pets. I've called a few times with questions that couldn't be answered immediately and they have always called back quickly to follow up with answers which is much appreciated.

At my very first appointment with Doc Holly my husband and I explained to her that our boy Texas had been diagnosed with Idopathic poly-immuno arthropothy and he has very special needs and if she wasn't up for it we understood and she said she understood and was willing to work with us and his internal med vet. We had Doc Holly's office clean Texas teeth and a few days later the left side of his head and face were drooping, we took him back to her office and she said he had Bell's palsy and it may take weeks to get better. Then he got sick and wouldn't eat so we called Doc Holly again and they said they couldn't squeeze him in so we went to WSU... turns out he didn't have Bell's palsy, when Doc Holly's office cleaned his teeth they hit a nerve. That coupled with not being able to eat and his immune system issues it was more than his body could tolerate and we lost him. I think what bothers me the most is their lack of concern and compassion. We were very honest and open about his needs from the start. I don't know if they knew they hit/damaged a nerve while cleaning his teeth and that's why she said it was Bells palsy or if it was an honest mistake and they really didnt know. What I do know without a doubt is that when we needed them most they let us down and they couldn't care less. I will never get over their lack of concern or compassion

The dosage that Dr. Clark gave my dog was evidently insufficient and did not work even for a day, so we paid about $350 for nothing. Dr. Clark refused to come back out and give him the proper dosage, and wanted to prescribe Apoquil instead, a medication that we refused from the beginning. So disappointing.
