She told us that all the recipes are her own and that she puts love and aloha in all the food, and you can for real taste it and feel it from her in the restaurant. You can divvy up the weight of poke any way you want, so usually my husband and I get a quarter of a different flavor poke and just make our rice at home--the only downside to doing this is that you don't get the fun toppings (furikake and crunchy mochi). Also, just a disclaimer, their space is extremely small with limited bar-type seating, so plan to take your bowl/food to go if you want to be comfortable.
