    Vanilla Mac Nut Latte

Nice local coffee house. I had a tasty vanilla macadamia nut latte. Yum. It was hot and delicious. Fun way to start the day in Kauai. I also had a taste of the Iced Beige - blended deliciousness,

Great cortados, great service, beautiful scenery outside you can't ask for anything more than that!

A cute coffee shop close to the hotel that has a decent amount of seating. It would be a good place to do some work since it's pretty quiet. The woman taking our order didn't smile or greet us which made my first impression of the place disappointing. Mac nut latte - tasted like a normal latte because you can't really taste the mac nut. It wasn't too sweet which I really liked.

I stayed in Kapaa for a few days and on my way out I visited this cute little coffee shop. Simple menu. Great, bright vibes in the shop. Friendly staff! :) this place was truly inviting. I also could not believe how reasonable the price was for their coffee drinks. Amazing value. I would 100% recommend

Love this place so much that we came here multiple times during our stay in Kauai. This is conveniently located near our hotel. We could've walked, but just always drove there since it's on the way to wherever we were headed to. Love the simplicity of this place with all the plants. I usually get their mac nut latte with almond milk. I found that it tastes better with almond milk versus oat milk. I also tried the croissant and blueberry muffin - both are tasty. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go back there when I visit Kauai again. In the meantime, I'll be recommending this place to all of my family & friends!

Love the interior of this cafe - quiet and minimal. Ordered the matcha latte with vanilla syrup. It was an ok matcha latte, maybe could've used a bit more vanilla as it was very light. Hubs ordered a mac nut latte and noted it was very light in flavor and also could've used a little more syrup as it needed a little more sweetness.

I love checking out small local roasters and this one was great! The shop is a cute place to hang out and the coffee is great.

Their Americano is perfect, strong but not bitter. Add a kouign amann pastry and I'm in heaven!

Order a honey latte if you want a sweet-but-not-too-sweet start to your day. The only disappointment was that they were out of macadamia syrup. Hoping it's back in stock before I leave so I can give the Mac nut latte a try!

That being said, this felt like one of the few third wave coffee shops that exists on the island. I wanted to find an issue with this spot, because I'm always looking for something to be critical over. With the exception of the matcha shortage, they pretty much served all of my needs. I didn't get any pastries, but they looked really good. The decor was great. It was a light wood accented sterile floor concrete look. I gotta say, I love that kind of vibe. The service was great! It was a little busier when we walked in, and there were a few people in line, but it moved quickly, and we ordered promptly as such. I got my standard short iced latte (or an iced flat white), and waited patiently. It came out soon, and I started to sip! Super inoffensive and tasty. It felt like a very middle ground medium roast espresso, so no complaints there! Good stuff, I say. If you want that 3rd Wave experience, this is certainly one way to do it on the island!

It's really cool to see such a niche coffee roaster show up on the most niche island in Hawaii! It's located smack dab in the middle of Old Koloa Town, and it was the perfect place to start our day! We came pretty early after opening, and there were just a few souls in sight. The people working the bar were great, and we promptly ordered and got our drinks. There's plenty of seating, both inside and out, so that was a huge plus! I ordered a haupia foam cold brew, and my friend got a standard cold brew. Both were great, and the haupia foam was light and sweet. I only wish I got a larger size! Coconut, cream, and roasty flavors emanated from my drink, making every sip pretty punchy. My friend was saying how he thinks Hawaiian cold brew, in general, is on the lighter side (in dilution, not in roast). I tend to agree. But, that gives a lot of room to flavor or really just deliver a lot of volume in your drink. Overall, this was a super refreshing thing to have not only in the morning, but also in general on Kauai!

I ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk, and the matcha already comes pre-sweetened per the barista. It tastes very similar to Starbucks matcha, not horrible but not great either. A little too sweet for my liking and not enough of the matcha flavor comes through. The color also wasn't the correct shade of green for good quality matcha, but I'm someone who likes to make my matcha at home and rarely find ones at coffee shops that I actually like, so take my review with that in mind, if you're a casual matcha drinking then you would like their version. It doesn't dry your tongue out or have a bitter taste. The following day I decided to try their coffee and ordered a hot vanilla oat milk latte. It was just okay, the espresso is a little more on the acidic side and I couldn't taste any vanilla flavor. Definitely not the worst latte I've had in Hawaii, but for the cost of lattes nowadays, I wouldn't come back to try more of their menu until I try other local coffee shops first. Pros: Plenty of parking right out front, good amount of seating inside, clean bathrooms, wifi, they sell their coffee beans and merchandise including shirts and hats which are super cute, there is also a small shop inside the same building that sells clothing/candles/bags/etc and the store employee is super nice
