Then she went after them with a cuticle scissor in a choppy fashion, leaving them ragged like I had been chewing on them. And this was a manicure I made an appointment for, not just a rushed walk-in! They also don't appear to be disinfecting their tools, as the manicurist just wiped off the cuticle scissors after using them. Yes it's cheap, but you run the risk of a bad infection. Stay away!!

I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores!
